Yes checked all things it's all good. But still getting drops and even it's going to 40-50 fps ?

If it worked before reinstalling windows, try reinstalling it again - maybe something went wrong in the installation.

Because windows auto download and install it.

If they're the latest nvidia drivers it shouldn't be a problem with those. If you have doubts, try downloading the latest version directly from nvidia's website and reinstalling them.
