Is this upgrade good?

Hello im  complete noob in this. i need opinion about choosing upgrade. is this upgrade good ? is there any compatibility ? do you have an opinion of better way to upgrade it? 

i only want the upgrade to be future proof, when i upgrade the core and mother board. or any other opinion is good. i want to learn

Mobo : ASRock A320M-HDV (AM4)
CPU    : (APU) AMD Ryzen 3 With VGA Radeon Vega 8 with integrated 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics (ATI)
RAM  : DDR4 8GB 2666mhz apacer Panther (4x2)

PSU  : Voltron 550 watt

465GB Seagate ST3500312CS (SATA )
111GB Apacer AS340 120GB (SATA (SSD))

How much money are you going to pay for the Radeon? I searched online and found a Nitro + RX 580 for $ 219.88: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZZGXTTK/ref=psdc_284822_t2_B071QX74F9
