Hello guys, I have had a terrible problem. It is obviously my fault and I wish someone can help me, I am desperate.

My Zenbook ux433fn have had some issues and before it went to the technical service I make a backup point with Windows 10 layout and save it on my external HDD, here is a pic of the Back up:  https://imgur.com/a/VvbdxMq

Well, the guys on the technical service change the OS for another windows 10. Now my pc is back and I tried to restore from the backup but my pc doesn't recognize the backup file, I have it on the desktop and when I go to the control panel -> Security and system -> Select security copy, it just doesn't show anything.

I really don't care if when I restore the problems came back because it will have the old OS, that is because the problems didn't even solve with the new OS.

Anyway, I lost my thesis in this process and I need it back badly! so badly please help me.

There should be a program to mount it or something else i am dying !!!

Thank you in advance!
