The windows boot manager is missing

So i booted my pc yesterday and i gkt to the screen where it says"Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" i check the boot options in my bios to see that windows boot manager is missing and i would get the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" when booting into my hard drive
