Need help with AMD Eyefinity

I just got a few new monitors and I'm trying to set them up with eyefinity. I want to use them in a 2x2 configuration but there is no option at all to select the layout. I can only choose "quick setup" which automatically sets it up as 4x1. A few years ago I had a laptop with the old radeon settings menu from which I could create an eyefinity group and change arrangement, resolution etc. I can get this menu to pop up after quick setup by clicking "try advanced setup" but I am missing lots of options like arrangement and layout. I included an image that shows how I have them setup in windows display settings. Is it possible the layout option is missing because the monitors are not the same size? I am running the Adrenalin 2019 19.2.2 driver. Graphics card is an RX480.
