Windows 10 Blank Blue Screen?

Whenever I log into my computer now, a completely blank blue screen (nothing but the color) appears. This happens like a few seconds after I hit the desktop page. Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening and how I can fix it?

Are you still able to enter Safe Mode?

I'm not sure, for some reason it had gone away but when I opened msI afterburner it came back

Run a command line and enter sfc /scannow  and it should fix at least part of the problem.

Also check your drivers and maybe swap your GPU if possible for a differential component test.

I'd check Event viewer to see if you are generating any errors. Might ever try and removing your GPU drivers and installing a fresh one or even an older version.
