Right, so the problem is that I'm on a school wifi network. Here the wifi systems are quite poorly set up and I want to stick to one AP for the same SSID. We all know that in device manager that you can only set roaming aggressiveness to low. My question is: Can this boi be completely turned off? 

Why? Because any connection dependent on stability and constant flow of data gets terminated due to the brief disconnect.

Not that I know of. If it was possible, That is what hard wired ethernet is for. Wifi by design is supposed to be able to flexibly grab the best signal from available SSID's. And when they name them all with the same SSID, the computer just assumes it should change to whatever is the best at that very moment.

I know WiFi repeaters can lock to the BSSID (specific APs MAC address), not sure if there is a way to do it in Windows.  That would prevent it trying to connect to a different AP that has the same SSID.
