I was Siting one day playing Gta 5 And my 2nd moniter justed Stoped working so i messed with the wire a little bit and it turned on so i been doing this for 3 weeks and it got harder and hard then when i woke up it just the messing with the wire didn't do anything and i was messing with it for 20 mins then i looked on youtube and i did everything but going in unscrewing my window to work inside.

Have you tried a different cable? That is the most common point of failure, and for good reason, it's easiest to replace.

as above,

 

1: try a different cable to rule that out, if that doesn't work,

 

2: try swapping the original cable in monitor two with the cable in monitor one around (testing if the cable is the problem)

 

if 1 works them damaged cable, if 2 worked then possible damaged display port.
