Good day everyone. Recently when I opened my computer, it took too long to boot and I noticed that the loading after bios is not proceeding. Then the pc displayed a blue screen in which it says error "0xc000000e a required device isn't connected or cannot be accessed" . Then I held the power button to shut it down. After that, I tried turning it on again but it won't boot. Then I opened my system unit to detach and attach cables. I got the computer to work for several hours.

After few hours, the pc shut down itself instantly without the windows is shutting down display. Then it automatically rebooted itself but it cannot pass through the bios again. It keeps on looping a restart.

The next day I was able to use my computer but it happened again. It shuts down instantly without any warning. But every time it turns on after the bios I am headed into the Windows 10 setup mode in which I can troubleshoot or reformat windows. I tried troubleshooting but it doesn't show anything. So I got tired of it and just went to sleep.

Today I decided to try turning it on again but now I noticed that it did not show anything on my monitor even the bios. so I checked my motherboard and I saw the ezdebugLED. The cpu light is turned on and I also noticed that the cpu fan is not spinning. So I opened my system unit again. I detached and attached all pins and cables. I also removed the ram, I erased it with a pencil eraser then reseated it. But when I tried turning on the pc. I saw a .5 second that the gpu light lit up but it instantly turns off again. So now I cant even make the pc run anymore it instantly shuts down the moment I turn it on. I have to turn the psu's switch off and on everytime I try to see that .5 sec light.

Here is the specs of my pc:

-Ryzen 1500X with stock cooler

-MSI b350m Bazooka

-HyperX 2400 8gb RAM

-Samsung Evo 850 250gb

-Galax gtx1060 6gb exoc white

-Seasonic M12II 520 80+ Bronze Fully Modular

Please help me if anyone of you have already experienced this :( Thank you. I saved money for 5 years for this pc. I don't want it to die.

The only thing i could thing of is clearing the CMOS. Failed OC? wrong voltage? You may have to flash your bios.

Not sure about you but I think my 7 year old CPU still rips

Try re-seating the cmos battery. If that doesn't work maybe try booting your system without the gpu since it got hung up on the gpu light (yes i know there will be no video output but if the system even powers on thats a start)
