 Seems like this was fixed with a restart...no longer need assistance!

This just randomly started happening...can't get Steam to open or any games that run off of Steam. My D:/ drive is my mass storage drive. No idea how to fix this issue. I saw somewhere that I should do run CHKDSK on an elevated command prompt but that gave me a different problem entirely.
