RX 570 Glitches

Hi every one, i have some problem with new ASUS RX 570 not OC. When playing games that are not GPU demanding (like LoL or WoT in menus) i get some screen blinking or half of screen gets weird colors.  I played Darksiders 3 without problems. Is my card maybe broken or is it some other problem?

I had this too, what driver you have.

I tried few versions and on all was the same and now on 18.12.3. I uninstalled every time with DDU.

I'm on 18.12.3 too and its fine but I see that you said no OC which is the only likely thing I can think of.

I was told that it might be chip degradation and to tweak voltages, bios and speeds but i dont want to void warranty. I dont know if its realy degradation problem because its brand new card. Is there any way to confirm that?
