Issues with Full Screen Games

When I load up Escape From Tarkov it glitches out and tabs me out and it crashes the game meaning I can't play this. This happened to me before and it just fixed its self and I don't know why this is happening. I have a GTX 1070 and I'm using 2 21-22 inch monitors and a 40 Inch TV as my main monitor. TV and one of my monitors is HDMI and the other is DVI converted.
