Fortnite crashing

There is a problem with my fortnite whenever I start matchmaking it would crash and then a pop up saying unreal engine problems pls help me ASAP. P.S I had already uninstalled and install but still the same

Can you take a screenshot of the pop-up in case there is any important information in it? Also - can you provide more information about the system you are using (specs, OS) etc.

Make sure that your graphics driver is update also try to reset your computer with a fresh install. Also try to click on settings and verify. If you have a slow pc then its probably that your pc is old.
