Need Help to Reformat

zcalpey

Hey, I have a problem with my SSD not starting up as quickly as it should (black screen on windows boot for about 2 minutes) and I contacted WD support. They asked me to backup and reformat the drive. I have a lot of files on my boot drive that I would not like to re-download, so can someone walk me through the process of backing up then reformatting my drive, or maybe link another post or YouTube video which shows how to do this? Thanks.
