asus aura sync problem

so i have a new asus prime b450m-a and aura sync stays orange and i cant change it, in the bios or in the aura sync program. 

and it stays on while my pc is off. i have a bitfenix case withe a rear fan withe aura sync on it but thats not connected so i dont see the problem can somebody help me?

i put some photos withe it so maby you guys can see the problem
