I've tried nearly all of the settings I've seen on other people, but it's not working at all. I was streaming Apex Legends on my profile on Facebook and Twitch, but when I view the stream, it's kind of blurry. How can this be resolved? By the way, I have an RTX ROG 4070Ti graphics card, an i7 10th generation CPU, and 32GB of RAM.

SETUP: MOBO: MSI MPG WIFI EDGE CPU: Ryzen 9 3950X @ 4.3Ghz GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 MONITOR: ASUS ROG Strix XG27UQ (4K, 144hz, GSYNC, HDR on) AW2521HF (1080p, 240hz, GSYNC) STREAM: Streamlabs OBS @ 1080p60fps Every time I stream I will have games, most recently far cry 5, sea of thieves, avengers, tomb raider and plague tale, I have to cap my frames to 60fps or even change the refresh rate of my monitor to 60hz. Anytime I attempt to stream games like this and have it at 144hz I get dropped frames on the stream, however I don't get dropped frames in game and the in-game frames are stable for the entire experience. It is only on stream labs OBS and on my stream that the frame drops are visible. Things I have tried: Changing my monitors to same the refresh rate. Changing the CODEC. Adjusting bitrate. I want to play at 144hz whilst I stream, it is annoying to have to cap my frames or even change the refresh rate of the monitor. I can't seem to find a fix and it would be really helpful. Hello, I am a small streamer, I like streaming video game content to my friends. My PC specs are strong, but still I find lots of stuttering in my streams and I am unsure what settings to use with my hardware and with my games. I tend to be technically literate (I work in IT) but stream settings are something new to me. Hardware specs: Ryzen 7 2700X, cooled by NZXT Kraken X72 with noctua redux fans Asus Crosshair VII Hero WiFi ASUS ROG 2080 SUPER Advanced 2x16GB TridentZ NEO RGB @ 3200Mhz CL 16 (x470 wont go above 3200 sadly) 2x1TB Samsung 970 EVO ssd Seasonic 1000W Titanium PSU Lian Li PC-011D Razer with all 9 fans populated, so no airflow issues Gigabit Ethernet from Charter Spectrum (only gigabit option in my area, speeds are pretty good) Monitor 1: 2560x1440 @ 144Hz Monitor 2: 1920x1080 @ 120Hz Razer Kiyo webcam 720p 60Hz Optional: I have an elgato 4k60 Mk2 capture card, but I don't think plugging it into the same PC that runs the games will really do anything. Maybe I'm wrong? I run HWINFO while streaming, and my GPU temps never exceed 75 degrees C, and my CPU never exceeds 50C, so I know temperatures aren't my limitation. My RAM usage hovers between 40% and 60% while streaming. GPU is pinned in some games (War Thunder, Risk of Rain) but not in others (Rocket League, which is capped at 175FPS). I run all my games at 1440p, and prefer them to run at 100Hz or more with decent detail settings, since its a 2080S. I have tried both CPU and GPU/NVENC encoding, and have found mixed results with both. Since I have an 8C/16T CPU that runs at decent boost clocks, usually 4.2GHz all-core with 2 cores at 4.3, I imagine that CPU encoding would be the way to go, but regardless of my encoder I notice pretty severe hitching in the stream content. My games tend to run fine--except for Risk of Rain, which is unplayable unless I change the resolution to 1080p--but the stream performance is all over the place. Sometimes it runs smoothly, streaming 1080p 60 fps with variable bitrate between 4800-5500, but most of the time what viewers see is a stuttering mess, where every second or so there is a severe hitch in gameplay. I know there are people out there who have a lot more familiarity with streamlabs settings, so I beseech you for your wisdom. The main points I'd like to know are: 1) Will running the capture card make a single difference or not? 2) Should I be using game capture or window capture in Streamlabs 3) Based on my specs, and desire to game at 1440p144hz and stream at 1080p60hz, which encoder should I use, and with what settings? 4) Is streaming at 1080p60hz an overzealous goal with my specs and lack of capture PC? 5) Are there any other settings in streamlabs that will enhance my streaming experience and performance? I appreciate anyone who reads this to the end, and your advice is appreciated. I know merely what I desire, and I seek to learn what I must do. Thank you for your time. Hi, Recently I upgraded from a zotac 1060 3 gb to a evga 3070 xc3 ultra and I noticed that when I go to stream on twitch its a constant lag and frame drop. Any suggestions? Drivers have been upgraded and reinstalled already. System specs: 7700 i7k gigabyte x270x ultra gaming corsair 32 gb ram 3200 mhz

I've had this issue since I've had my RTX 2080 TI, but it never really bothered me til recently I've started playing Destiny 2 that doesn't let you use Game Capture. Whenever I go to use Display Capture on my SLOBS, (or whenever I stream to friends in discord, while watching one of my friends) I get insane frame drops, screen tearing, stutters, and the game does not look smooth at all Only when I click to start recording or start streaming. SLOBS is run as admin DDUing and reinstalling drivers does nothing x264 and NVENC do the same thing in terms of frame drops and stutterness Reinstallation of Windows does nothing Using Performance Mode also does nothing Temps are normal, Destiny 2 says its using .2% of my GPU and 25% of my CPU (idk why only .2%, but I'm getting 250-300 fps still) SLOBS uses 1.2% of my CPU and 0% of GPU even when NVENC is selected Xbox Game Bar is uninstalled, Power usage is set to high power in the windows settings thing Gsync is off, NVIDIA Low Latency is on Ultra, but its been happening even before I changed that setting in my PC the only other thing I can think of is the fact that my main monitor is a 360 hz 1080p and my second monitor is a 60 hz 1440p, if that means anything. Here are the specs if theres any known issues or fixes with these: i9-13900KF Z790 ROG Maximus Hero G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GBx2 DDR5-6000 RTX 4090 FE I'm at a loss and I'm at the point to where I'm losing my mind because of this, I just want to use display capture. I used to use streamlabs obs to stream but now I use obs studio, I'm having issue with the recent follower stuff and recent sub labels. It's not updating every time I get a new follower or sub and I don't know why.

So I stream on a one pc setup but when I stream the game feels slower then when I don’t stream. Is there any options that I can do to reduce that? My pc has a intel i7 9700k cpu and zotac rtx 2060 gpu. I stream using streamlabs obs

Hey! I have an issue resolutions while streaming.. So i what i want to stream in is 720p. My video settings is: Base (canvas) resolution: 1080p Output (scaled) resolution 720p Downscale filter Lanczos Advanced output stream setting Encoder - NVEC *checked* - Enforce streaming service encoder settings *checked* - rescale output - Output resolution 720p Now, everytime i broadcast on twitch i get 1080p streams, why? Shouldnt it be 720p? Also, after every broadcast my advanced settings are reset. If i inspect my settings DURING A LIVE STREAM my video setting for output jumps back to 1080p and becomes grayed out, despite that i was 720p before stream started. TL;DR - Stream resets my output resolution, cant stream 720p, no matter what i change it becomes 1080p

I have a pc with: i9 9900kf RTX 2070 Super 16gb RAM 1tb NVME SSD I've recently watched back my stream vods and realised it looks very grainy so I tried changing my settings, I have encoder x264, I have experimented recording every type of bitrate but twitch will not allow more that 6000 2 Keyframe Interval CPU usage: faster Video Settings: 1920x1080 Canvas 1600x900 Scaled Lanczos Downscale 60fps and my upload speed is about 50Mbps Could anyone tell me what settings I should use to make my stream look similar to what I am seeing compared to some blurry, grainy stream? Because my pc is clearly capable of doing that. Thanks

I’ve been trying to stream for a while but no matter what settings i use my stream is very blurry and unwatchable.I have very good upload speed up to 90Mbps, CPU Ryzen 5 1600x six cores 3.6ghz,GPU Gtx 1060 6gb so the pc is kinda good and the internet ,i have tried every bitrate i can think about from 2500 to 6000 , i tried streaming 720p or 1080 ,i tried streaming 30 fps /60 fps ,changed the cpu usage ,changing the encorder ,i don’t know what else i could do and what is the problem please help. So basically whenever I record my footage is always grainy in the end result. I have watched many tutorials and tried new things and nothing is seeming to work so far. My follow animation works like normal but my subscriber animation just won’t go away no matter what and when I change animation of the text (only on subscriber) it changes the text animation on all alerts but on the text animation it says none
