About a week ago when i was play testing a new Gundam game on steam when my PC powered off during play testing. At first i thought this was due to my drivers being out of date, so i went ahead and updated all of them. I didnt have anymore problems for several days, and now all of a sudden during my last 2 online games of overwatch my PC has powered off 75% of the way through the match. Im still running on windows 10, and even though my computer is dated now (made in 2014 with most components manufactured in 2012), i havent had an issue such as this until the last week. The dust has also been cleaned out of my case as of last week. I already intend to replace this computer, but it needs to last another 5ish months until the new 4000 series GPU's release. Im hoping to replace my setup in october as my own birthday present. How can i go about fixing the problem with my PC powering off without any warning during gaming? Could this be a potential power supply problem? My battery backup also recently went bad (purchased in 2015), so could this be due to inconsistent power delivery during heavy use? Could this be caused by an outdated Bios? EDIT APRIL 5TH 2022: So, last week, I've decided to disassemble my entire setup, disconnecting all cables and even re-installing my CPU. I did that, and left my pc without the backside panel, as I thought the cleaning would be in vain and I would have to reinstall a new PSU soon. Somehow it's been almost 5 days without any reboots. I don't know what happened, but the old and reliable re-assembly seems to have fixed it. I'll keep you posted if the PC reboots again. One of my main theories is that some kind of short circuit was produced by the SATA cables on the back touching the back of the motherboard accidentally when the backside pannel was on. As the title mentions, a few months ago my pc started rebooting randomly, without warnings or error messages. It doesn't shutdown, It happens mostly when doing not demanding activities like working on Excel, listening to Spotify or just watching some Youtube videos. I think it happened once while gaming, but I'm not so sure. What did I try: Changing both Memory sticks to the other 2 slots Reinstalling Windows Updating Windows, BIOS, Drivers, etc Disconnecting the reboot button on the chassis Disconnecting the last SSD I bought (the Kingston one) Checking temps, they are more than fine. I don't know what else to try, and I wanted to know if there was anything else to do before going and buy a new PSU. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Hello everyone, i'm having an issue with my pc. recently when ive been playing games itll randomly restart without warning. sometimes itll blue screen. (i dont know a lot about pc's but i have a slight feeling it may be a psu problem? maybe not enough power? if anyone could help me thatd be great if you need specs just ask and ill find them all out thanks

I've been using trusted programs for kind-of-questionable uses, but a couple minutes into starting up the program it just shuts off as if I hit the X in the top right, there's no warning before or after it closes, it doesn't go to system tray, windows doesn't tell me that my program sucks, it just goes away. Here's a list of programs that I've experienced this problem with. njrat and other RATing software dll injectors that I use for exploits for online games (Nonsense Diamond, jjsploit, Sk8r, Skisploit, Redboy, Blackout, etc..) I have run these same programs on virtual machines on my pc and on other pcs and they don't when run on other pcs I've tried disabling all antivirus I recently downloaded Sandbox and I'm a little suspicious that it is because of Sandbox, but I don't want to get rid of it for no reason I use all programs on my computer for entirely legal and responsible purposes I have an HP Laptop Intel core-i5 7200U CPU at 2.50GHz 6.0GB RAM Intel HD graphics 620 Prebuilt factory Laptop not customized at all Using windows 10 64bit Anyone with the same or similar experiences with any and programs please contact me. Hello,I recently had a problem pop up about a few months ago where my windows 10 custom built computer would randomly restart without warning. This happens about once every few days and it can happen when I'm gaming or not. Temps are fine.
