I did a few things differently like keeping the Krakenx62 fans because I didn't see the point of RGB fans being covered by the front shroud... I initially went with Corsair RGB RAM instead of the G. Skill but the Corsair RGB RAM had clearance issues with the Krakenx62 AIO Cooler. The pump inputs go on the side of the cooler next to the RAM instead of directly on top so it doesn't work with tall RAM sticks. Corsair's LED/RGB RAM sticks are very tall because of their additional aesthetics so I went with their non-RGB RAM instead which were way shorter and cleared just fine. I also went with an ASUS 1080 Ti OC edition instead of the regular 1080. I also went with Samsung for my M.2 hard drive and Corsair's RM1000i Power Supply(I know it was overkill but I was trying to keep it within the theme of 1080, so it was a 1000W with 80+ Gold rating...I know it's silly). On the Hardware performance side everything is working great, I was able to OC the CPU to 5GHz and the GPU runs beautifully. But my main issue overall is the intolerable noise levels, the PC makes my desk vibrate when it's running and there's a loud intermittent humming sound even when the PC is Idle. I've updated all the software/drivers for NZXT's CAM and all ASUS software but nothing changes... I'm running out of ideas because even if I change the fans and pump to silent in CAM, the noise level doesn't change. Feels like all the fans and the pump are running at full speed at all times... The NZXT CAM software is unreliable and doesn't detect the Kraken at random times, forcing me to reinstall to fix this. The sound is so loud that when I tried streaming, my Blue Yeti was picking up the humming sound... ASUS Dual Intelligent Processors 5 doesn't detect all my fans, only the pump and in the BIOS as well. I wasn't expecting this build to be super quiet but I thought it would have tolerable noise levels... But it's proving to be louder than my previous PC which was a 5 year old Alienware Aurora... So if I can't fix the noise I'm probably going to return all my NZXT components and go with something else like maybe Be Quiet... Please someone help, if you guys have tips or any things you recommend I check that I might have missed let me know. This is my first DIY build in 10 years but I spent like 3 months catching up and doing research before jumping back into it... These are all the initial components displayed together.

I had plans to later this year do my first custom loop, upgrading from my aging MSI GTX 970 and 4790k to a 7700k and 1080 ti. And the manta caught my eye, and I want to take the next step and do a custom loop. As previously stated I was planning to use a 7700k and 1080ti, together with a Z270i ROG from asus and the nzxt manta. Would I fit 2 280mm rads in there, with a pump res combo from like ekwb? Was also planning on using soft tubing as it's my first time watercooling. I'm planning to overclock. And no, I don't "need" watercooling, but I love building computers and would consider myself at least part enthusiast. Would also love a color neutral build that is rgb friendly. Money is not a problem and I have a high budget as I got a well paid job for the summer. Thanks in advance, b3rt1l Edit: Would it fit 2 280mm rads and a pump res combo?

thx for taking time help me I just got a new NZXT MANTA ITX case, but when I'm building it, my Graphic card, which is gigabyte/Aorus gtx1080ti xtreme edition 11g, it seems too thick to the manta, how can I solve this?

So im looking for a z370 mini-itx board with wifi. I have 3 options and those are the Asus ROG Strix, Msi pro carbon ac and gigabyte z370n WIFI which one should i choose. I want to have 5 fans. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Maxan98/saved/NGCLD3 PS: i preffed to keep the cost low!

So I just recently sold my GTX 970 which was cooled via NZXT's Kraken G10 and a 120mm radiator. I am currently looking to get either an EVGA Hybrid FTW 1070, an air-cooled 1080, or and air cooled 1070 if the price is good and water-cool it possibly in the future. Temperature-wise, the basement of the NZXT Manta makes aftermarket cooled cards starved for air. Ideally I would just throw an Asus Strix 1070 in there, but pricing for 1070s right now are terrible. Looking at buying a 1070 for nearly 480$ when I can buy a 1080 for around 520$ with Destiny 2 seems absurd. Does anyone have a Manta or similar issue with a small build and have any suggestions? The max I am willing to spend on a GPU is around 600$. Ideally I would like to keep that closer to 500. Thanks for the suggestions.

So I've decided to go mini, im slowly working towards this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/EnergeticTk/saved/GXdVnQ My question is, is the AsRock H81m-itx a good mobo for a gaming / daily work purpose? I'm willing to spend some more bucks if necissary.

Its been my dream case for years, what can I say i like the style. Now that I have a job and the resources to get it done, I can't seem to find it anywhere. I found a couple on amazon.us and some 200usd for another retailer but nothing in our native CANADA. If anyone has any idea where to look for or if you happen to have one youre willing to sell, I'm all ears. P.S. I live in and out of Alberta, and I'm hoping to find the window panel white version.

So i've connected my radiator fans to the manta connector but the problem is that even tho i've connected the pwm cable to the so called (CPU-fan conector) but they still spin at full rpm when im on my computer but when im in my bios it spins at silent as i put it to do. You have any ideas what this is about?

Right now I have 7 Case Fans in my NZXT Manta. 4 Intake 140mm Push Pulls that cool my GPU Rad, 2 Push Exhaust on the top that cool my CPU, and a single 120 mm exhaust fan at the back. If I stress the CPU it is usually low 40s C. But if I stress both the GPU and CPU, my CPU temps get to the low to mid 50C. The GPU never goes above 32C so the intake is sufficiently cooled, but dumps all this hot air for my CPU. Someone suggested to switch the top Fans for the CPU to intakes as well, but then it is essentially 6 fans Intake and 1 fan Exhaust... I just wanted the communities opinion if they see any problems with this? Due to the tight fit of the ITX case, the GPU rad has to be in the front, which would have been an easy fix

And please, don't take anything I write as an offence... I may not know what I'm writing! I've decided to start this topic, to ask for some help/advice regarding a new Gaming PC build. Last year with the help of some friends, I've built my first gaming PC from scratch. Unfortunately, I had to sell it... But now, I'm aiming to start building a new one on July! I've already come up with some kind of "sketch" for the general build... CPU: Intel i5 6600K CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 Motherboard: MSI Z170i Gaming Pro AC or ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII Impact Memory: G.Skill Kit 16Gb DD4 3000Mhz Trident Z (2x 8Gb) Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250Gb + Western Digital 1Tb Blue Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4Gb GD5 Case: NZXT Manta Power Supply: still don't know... As you can see, I'm aiming for a Mini ITX build. I've felt in love with the NZXT Manta case, since I've laid my eyes on her. I've been talking to some friends and they all say I'm crazy, for going ITX... Mainly because of the size, the temperatures and the limitations. I don't intend really to have graphic cards on SLI, for example. Or more memory... And I'm definitely not going ITX to have a portable device. It's going to be a desktop for gaming, streaming and some video editing (YouTube). What are your thoughts on it? Thank you all for the attention and hope to ear some suggestions and advice!

Hello, I really like the NZXT Manta but i dont like the whole mini ITX motherboard thing. I just wanted to know if any of you think, that NZXT would release another Manta but a mid tower version. Thanks
