Linus has talked about the issues with the current zipper pulls and how they are going to offer an alternative to those that have purchased the backpack. When will production start to implement the new zipper pulls?

So I purchased a LTT Wan hoodie on April 6th, and was very dismayed that it wouldn't be processed until May 1st. But I can wait, I have been wearing the same hoodie for about 4 years so what's another month? Then to my shock and excitement my package was sent out on April 11th! as I am only a few hours away from Vancouver and in Canada, I was super excited to wear my new hoodie potentially Friday or Saturday! Anyway it's now April 15th and still no hoodie (this is totally fine! I'm not complaining about shipping time at all!) But my shipping number for Wizmo auto redirects to Canada Post where it says no tracking number exists. I just emailed customer support. But I am wondering if this is a normal issue with Wizmo? Never heard of them before. It would be awesome to know when I can expect my hoodie.

So I've been following the development of the LTTstore cable management archs for quite some time now, and I'm absolutely pumped for the release next week. I would like to know if anyone has any idea on pricing for these cable management products. Would love to pick some up at launch if they aren't too expensive. Also, (a less important question) will the products be launching on WAN Show day or a day next week prior to Friday? I know that @LinusTech said on WAN Show that they'd be launching next week, but he didn't specify when.

What if lttstore made and sold special LTT keycaps? They'd be something that would be fairly easy (at least, I think) for Creator Warehouse to make, and it would take advantage of one of lttstore's big advantages: design. Plus, (when the LTT community is taken into consideration) they'd probably sell pretty well.

I want to give some constructive feedback to LTTStore. I think it would be a good if LTTStore responded to feedback on third party websites, like Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/lttstore.com). If you look at some of these sites, the reviews are not very good, or at least very mixed. I don't like the fact that LMG only responds to feedback within their own garden (for example this forum and their product reviews on LTTStore). As consumers it is ALWAYS important to remember that no company is our friend, as Linus himself many times have said - and therefore I believe it would make LTTStore look better if they also acknowledged feedback from platforms they don't control. It's my 1st LTT order so trying to gauge whether this is normal or something might be wrong. I got the "on its way email" June 22nd. On the Wizmo link the last tracking event is on June 22nd saying Shipment Data Received in Vancouver. When I lookup the tracking number via UPS it says "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" with no tracking history of the package. It's still at "label created". According to the email sent out letting customers know about delays from Lime Day it was to be shipped on June 22nd which is when I indeed got the email saying it was but can't find any tracking to show it's actually moving or been shipped.

Hi I got an email 4/5 days ago with saying that dhl recieved shipment data. I could see this through wizmo tracking link. The day after it said cancelled. I have waited a few days to see if I would get a new tracking number and nothing yet. I have contacted support but I wanted to check if this has happened before.

2 months ago, I contacted LTTStore support with a question regarding their 3D down jacket, and windbreaker. I wanted to know what it was coated with to achieve its water repellency, and suggested that they should add this information to the store page. I received a response saying that it was coated with C6*, and 2 months later, this info has yet to be added to the store page. The entire point of the Lab is to educate the consumer, and yet, LMG is unwilling to educate their own customers about the products they sell. *C6 is a compound from the class of substances known as PFAS. Outdoor apparel brands (e.g. Patagonia) are currently eliminating these compounds from their products for good reason. Please refer to this website regarding possible health effects of PFAS. Hello! I have the LTT Screwdriver and a Framework Laptop. If you have a Framework, you know there is a weird 6-pointed screw used all around on it. What bit set do I need to buy for the screwdriver to be able to to maintenance on Frameworks with it? I am pretty sure it would be the Torx set, but it may be the Specialty set. I just want to buy the right thing. Thank you!

(Can't post a review on LTTStore because I don't have an account there and the token from the email is expired) I have traveled with this backpack a lot already and it's a treat. • I went from Germany to Madrid for four days (plus a laptop bag for under the seat in the airplane) and then directly from there to Denmark for another six days and it fit all my clothing and tech (the laptop bag was just for random stuff I wanted under the seat). • Then I went to Cyprus for two weeks and again, this bag and my laptop bag were all I took, no checked bag at all. • And then I went to Houston, TX for two days – on that trip I traveled with the backpack and my camera bag. This is what I'm going to do going forward – backpack for clothing/other bulky stuff and camera bag for under the airplane seat. I'm very impressed by the backpack. The pockets are very well thought out, both the layout and the sizes. The only thing that's annoying is the water bottle pocket – it doesn't fit my 64 oz bottle and the fact that there's no water bottle holder on the outside is a real bummer. But the tech pockets and the Compartment of Holding are amazing. My current EDC: • I always keep a USB power bank with a USB-C cable in the outside side pocket. • A small airplane-approved clear plastic bag with toiletries is in the zippable inside pocket in the Compartment of Holding. • My 14" laptop resides in the largest of the tech sleeves because that one's the easiest to slide things in and out of. • I keep a notebook and my ultimate physics formula collection book in the sleeve that's meant for a handheld device. • My ebook reader goes in the middle sleeve because I have a separate sleeve for it and it gets caught on the smooth screen-protecting fabric in the smaller sleeve. I keep my most important documents in the passport pocket because I always keep the bag close to me anyway. • And now let's come to the front door pocket thing. It's just amazing. Obviously it holds the screwdriver (along with lots of extra bits) but there's lots of other random bits and pieces in there. • As I said, I have the 64 oz bottle which doesn't fit it the water bottle holder so it just lives in the Compartment of Holding. • This means the water bottle pocket is available so I bought a tiny little 3-plug extension cord with 3 USB ports and a very short cable which fits comfortably in that pocket. The amount of times I have used that thing is staggering and it's always with me. • Sunglasses are in the sunglasses pocket, so no surprises there. • My all-in-one USB C dongle lives in one of the pockets in the tech compartment, along with my pencil case and my calculator. As you can see, there's space for everything and I just checked last weekend that with all this stuff in place I was able to fit clothing for at least five days without a problem. Also, the shoulder straps are very comfortable over a long time. However, one thing is that there's no waist strap which is a concern when you're wearing the backpack for a long time. Also, the chest strap is starting to fail on me (the stretchy rubber in the strap is fraying and rubber strands are coming out of the strap itself). I'll give the backpack four stars, the reason for not being five stars along with the chest strap issue and waist strap missing mainly being the missing water bottle holder on the outside that can take the 64 oz bottle. I have thought about buying one of those Molle water bottle holders on Amazon and somehow attaching it on the outside. It might interfere with the zippers though and it's not gonna be very sturdy I guess, so I haven't bothered doing it yet. If I can make it work though, the inside would be able to take up even more stuff which is honestly insane.

I’m wondering how much control LTT has on who ships there packages. In my last order from LTTStore it went from DHL to Dai Direct then was delivered by Aramex. Do you have to use whatever DHL sends it to or what do just specify what couriers to use? the aramex in my local area is horrible, I’ve never had any real issues but by the reports it’s rife with high delays and package theft. I would rather pay an extra 5-10 dollars to have Australian post deliver it then to have a chance of my packages (which always cost me a couple of hundred since I bulk by to save on shipping) being stolen or stuck in a warehouse for months. apologises if this is a repeat topic. (btw very happy with my backpack and screwdriver)

I would just like to post this here as it seems to be the best place to post it. Anyone in South Africa that's planning to buy something from the LTTStore, just be aware that the shipping will be handled by the National Post Office once it's in South Africa. I purchased a mousepad, shipping price was more than the mousepad and still ended up with the SA Postal Office Parcel been stuck in Johannesburg (200km away from destination) for just over 2 weeks, but as an South African you know this is only the start of my wait... I don't really expect to receive my item anymore and I'm not blaming LTTStore as there's no way for them to have known what the state of our Postal Services shipping is (don't plan on contacting lttstore support).. Its a donation to Linus Media Group for the 100's of hours of entertainment they have given me! Wait till we can choose something like DHL or UPS, they take about a week from the US/Canada. For anyone that wants some context: The SA Postal Services, are known to take between 3-6months to deliver and that's only if you get real lucky. Items tend to go Missing, Stolen, Lost or delivered to someone else which they then ignore if you contest it. Between me and 3 friends over the last 5 years have had 9 packages end up with the SA Postal Services and only 3 ever arrived, where 1 arrived 4 months after arriving in SA and the other 2 took 6 and 11 months. This has been a problem before the Covid delays even so I'm not to hopeful

Hey guys, I'm unsure if this is the right place to post about this but couldn't find any other option. So basically I ordered a couple of t-shirts from the LTT store before Christmas which has been stuck in LA since the 4th of January. Ever since then the tracking link hasn't displayed any updates. I've tried to contact LTT store support a week ago, but unfortunately they haven't replied either. Sent them an email today as well but now I haven't even received one of those automatic replies which I got for the first email. At this point I'm starting to get worried... I don't know what I should do. I really don't want to charge it back simply because I like Linus and wanted to support them instead of making their work harder but I also cannot reach anyone with my issue. Can you guys offer some help? Thank you

So I'm catching on WAN show coz reasons, i was watching/listening to December 10th WAN show and Linus Leaked the LTT Backpack. And you know what? i kinda want one. I am not known to be gentle with bags and i do tend to go through them rather quickly, so buying backpacks is kind of a chore for me. Literally got one on the 24th dec and the strap is already half gone. Anyways, as motorcycle rider (its my only vehicle) I wanna ask Linus how will the backpack fair against that kind of usage? exposure to weather etc? lots of sun and lots of rain because sub Saharan half the year, sub tropic the other half (actually more like daily). When winter is over in Canada and they havens released the back, can he test it while riding daily?
