Hi I have a RTX 2070 SUPER and the gpu usage and performance on it is really low, but when I tried MSI Kombustor I got the same scores as other people who have similar specs as me. When I'm running a game like warzone at medium graphics I see other people with similar specs at 90-100% usage and getting 130-145 fps. But for me I get around 80-100 fps at 60-70% gpu usage. And when I turn on Ray-Tracing and ultra textures it goes to 100% gpu usage. I've tried everything like changing nvidia settings and updating and reinstalling drivers. I have no idea what to do someone please help. My Specs: GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X MOBO: ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING PSU: Corsair RM750x RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM @ 3000 MHZ

As the title says I am having problems with my brand new 3060ti. First things first I recently upgraded from a 1060 6gb, I launched a game and realized something was up... the gpu usage was low. I reinstalled windows, installed the newest drivers, and am still having the same problem. I then thought that I was having a RAM issue as I had 2 x 8 GB 3000mhz RAM. So I got 2 x 16 GB 3600 RAM. No performance increase and gpu usage increase. I have tried multiple AAA games : COD Cold War, Warzone, GTAV, Hunt:Showdown, Escape from Tarkov, and most importantly, New World. I have looked through a plethora of posts, and support FAQ's still yet to fix the problem. To add on to this, my fps in these games are definitely worse than any other game benchmarks with the same/worse rig. I have done multiple overall benchmarks and they perform exceptionally well compared to the same rigs on userbenchmark. And yes, I am gaming at 1080p but there still should not be such a huge bottleneck as my cpu in other benchmarks at 1080p with the same rig are a lot better than mine. This problem is very confusing and any suggestions would be great. Storage: M.2 Samsung 970 Pro 1TB PSU: 1000w 80plus bronze OS: Windows 10 x64 *P.S* Another one of my theories was my cooling yet all temps are completely fine. *Edit* Upgraded CPU cooler. When gaming my GPU's usage doesnt go above 65% while the CPU's usage stays around the 40-50% range, doesnt matter what game I'm playing (Escape From Tarkov, Rust, Dayz, just a few that I play) it doesnt change. I have tried overclocking, underclocking my GPU and CPU but that too didnt help. (currently my GPU is on stock and my CPU is overclocked) Few things that I have also tried: Disabling/Enabling Game mode, Putting the power plan on High Performance, In NVIDIA Control Panel changing the Quality, Power management mode on max performance, Updating my GPU driver (with DDU), Reinstalling Windows (I have installed Win 8, 10, 11 but on each the situation didnt change), Running games as administrator, Disabling fullscreen optimizations. My pc: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @3700MHz 16 GB DDR4 RAM (two sticks, one in the second the other in the fourth slot) MSI B450 TOMAHAWK Windows 10 Be quiet! 650W I will attach a few pictures about scores in benchmark programs (such as CPU-Z, Furmark) Any help is greatly appreciated! Hello, First of all here are my specs CPU- AMD A8-6600k Apu 3.9Ghz overclocked to 4.4 Ghz GPU- AMD Radeon R7 250 1 ddr4 vram Motherboard - ASRock FM2A88M Extreme4+ RAM - 2x4 gb DDR3 Kingston Ram single channel 1600MHz. So here is my problem I think it is? I have gotten into the valorant beta and my friend that has a significantly weaker pc runs it at the same framerate I do. Which is quite low around 50-80 fps. So I thought it was a cpu bottleneck but my cpu didn't go at max speed. So I've been doing a bunch of tests. Firstly, I ran MSI Afterburner in game to check my usage. GPU usage in an online game was very low around 30-50%. So again I thought it was a cpu bottleneck so I decided to overclock it. And I did and the game became only a bit smoother but no fps increase. Cpu usage dropped so I counted that out. I started doing BurninTests. I ran the benchmark test on all my assets. The CPU,GPU,RAM...etc. While I was doing that I ran the MSI again and even though I set in the program my GPU usage to be 100% it was only 50% running around avarage 35fps in the Asteroids video. So I thought my GPU had a temp throttle. I ran the fans at 100% and ran the test again still 50% usage. Then I ran the gpu test all byitself and to my suprise the gpu usage was around 95-100%. Then I figured it wasn't the temp. Then I slowly started adding the other tests to the stress test. And one by one everything worked fine, but as soon as I added the ram test. The gpu usage dropped down to 40-50% usage. So I figured it was also happening in game. When I'm in single player like in practice range I don't require as much memory as in an online game. So my fps in practice range was around 200 but as soon I enter an online game it drops to 50-70fps. Can it be that my ram is bottlenecking my gpu? Sorry if this is kinda long I am not very techy experienced and I want to be sure about my next steps as I want to play this game really badly. It took me almost 2 weeks to diagnose this haha. Also you can recommend me what to do next as my ram can't be overclock I already tried that. Thanks for the help. EDIT: also the gpu usage in the practice range was around 70-100%

Ok so first off gonna say how much i hate forums, as like most forums one mention off topic, people have to prove there point of w/e the off topic comment was, then before you know it the poster's original issue never gets answered/addressed. So please everyone, if it has nothing to do with the post or is an opinion fabricated from 6 months of tech knowledge please move along. Not trying to be a @#$!% but JS you know who you are. moving along.... Before getting into it keep in mind i am only in 1080p but everything is always set to the highest settings with Msaa never really going more then 4x Specs: Nvme m.2 Boot drive (win 10) 1tb m.2 (used for all game storage) z270 Asrock Taichi i7 7700k OC 4.7Ghz H110i GT cooled 32GB 2800 ram 1080 TI Reference OC 1950 ish (boost sometimes, along with load moves this OC up and down some. Never reaching over 70c) 1000w Gold+ Vampire (was like the only decent priced White PSU i could find. Also Note: All games freshly downloaded, Fresh OS install, and latest Drivers from Nvida. So the problem i have is my GPU in some games (like; LOL, H1z1, HOTS, Dirt Rally, just to name a few) i notice my GPU usage at like 10-30% while pulling acceptable frames (100-130 FPS). While in other games, (like; Overwatch (200+ fps), ashes of the singularity (145+ fps) battlefield 1 (150+), to name a few) i am seeing 75% to even some consistent 90% usage. The question here is, why do some games only use that 10-30% and give me low 100 fps. Also why does my GPU not ramp up to 90% ++ on every game i have and push frames as far as possible. The only games that ever pushes my CPU over 60% is Overwatch and BF1. To weed out some of the preliminary post of "ohh the human eye cant tell over 60", go home Linus has made a video on this disproving it, and i myself as well as other gamers can tell the difference between 200 and 100. Also i know some games are not "optimized" which is kinda like the scapegoat every one uses to explain low fps. (like H1z1) Furthermore i know bottlenecks can be causing some of the problems on some games, but with my set up and considering my CPU only ever reaches 60% + on games that do 150fps+ i cant see that i have a bottleneck. If anyone has any information as to why my gpu sits on it's butt and pulls low fps on some games and decides to work it butt of in other please, let me know.

I’ve purchased all the parts to my new computer build about a month ago that I build I5 9600k 2070 super ddr4 3200mhz ram 2tb hdd ive come across so many issues with this build first my psu (Cx750 W Corsair) came in broken it could no boot up to windows because a issue with the power supply I never understood. After that problem of getting a new psu after I downloaded a bunch of games I notice a lot of them stutter with mostly apex legends and gta with very long stutters around 5 to 10 seconds long which really affects gameplay I’ve notice that I get lots of micro stutters when I move my mouse especially it also sometimes stutters in windows and normal internet browsing. I’ve tried everything from over clocking the processor and GPU to try and fix these stutters. The other big problem is when i play gta 5 I usually get 80 to 75 frames with my GPU which is insane and I drop to 57 to 40 games when it’s hard and intensive like mountains with lots of grass and objects moving around. I’ve tried running the program in widowed mode to see if it had something to do with temps but I notice that my GPU stays at 1% usage when in game on gta 5 which is so weird I really would like help with this since I been just in the back of my head for the past month. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

Hi, i got a 1070 a couple days ago and i had to re-install windows once i put the card in, it was working fine on GTA V then the gpu usage went down to about 30-50% from 98-99%. All the settings are the same, power options. I reinstalled the game and the drivers. My specs are i7 4790 and of course the 1070 and 3x 1T.B. Hard Drives and a 240 gb ssd a gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3
