Hello everyone! This is my first post here since I figured if anyone could figure this out, it would be this community. I just put my order in for a Steam Deck. My girlfriend and I are currently long distance and thought the Steam Deck will be perfect for when we fly to visit each other, which it totally will be. However, after some additional research, I have learned that one of our favorite games, League of Legends, is not easily installed on the Steam Deck or requires some work arounds to barely function. Has anyone installed any Riot Games on their Steam Deck? Are you able to play online? Can you help with documenting the process? Thank you!

I am having troubles launching some games, below are some of the errors/codes that I pulled from logs. At first I thought my CMOS battery was dead because SSL errors are usually due to mistimed clocks, however I don't think this is the case since I've unplugged my computer's power cable and the bios settings have persisted and also the clock is correct. In League of Legends: 000002.089| ERROR| ExternalClient| ClientWebSocketTransport: After SSL_connect SSL_get_error returned 1... in Dota 2: [SteamNetSockets] Cert request for steamid:76561198055317817 failed with reason code 5002. Hi I would love to find some help resolving my problem. I have googled everything I could and have tried to fix the problem the last three months and have been unable too. My rig is 1 year old and I got it to play league of legends. My issue is thag while I can playing ranked or normal games I will run into the problem where I will go 150-60 FPS down to 04-30fps and my scene will freeze for a sec or something 1.5aecs and I can’t do anything till everythjng catches back up. I have updated the drivers for my gpu, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Changed power options to max, I have reverted any OC settings, I have tried capping frames and putting everything at the lowest settings and still no help. The most successful I did was uninstalling yesterday, and redownloading nvidias drivers and I can play okay now the game will still freeze but not so bad to Whwre I get stuck and can’t play at all. This started after patch 10.18-10.19 I can’t remember for sure but it’s all gone to crap. Idk what to do now at this point

I have a very strange issue where if I fire up League of Legends my cpu's vcore voltage goes from the manually set 1.25 volts to 1.408, and my manually set clock speed also increases. I have manually set the vcore voltage to 1.25 volts in bios, manually set the clock multiplier to be 36, and also disabled precision boost. The issue only arises once I start up the league client, any other application is fine. Even during a stress test, the vcore and the clock speed stay at the specified value I set in the bios. I am completely lost. CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max After starting league Turns out MSI dragon center has what is called a "gaming mode" and it was the culprit that messed with the vcore voltage and the clockspeed

Hello,I have very big problem with ?connection? and it's impossible to play normaly and enjoy the game. https://prnt.sc/gzl73bHere how it looks like- DD2, I'm on CT side, holding long. I have m4 in hands and i have 2 flashbangs, then i swap to flashbang, I take it and i throw it. Animation on my screen shows it, but then I got ?teleported? back with m4 in my hands and both flashbangs still on. It seems like servers are not registering it. Things like this happen every 10seconds and its just impossible to play. I checked my connection, it seems to be ok? 45down 10up 23-35ping. Net graph shows that i have good ping 30-50 at most no choke or loss.Wrote command showerror 1 and it shows these errors each 10seconds after that teleport or rubberband happens. (File attached)It happens in MM, DM and casual. I reinstalled cs go and steam, checked firewall and antivurus as few reddit posts suggested, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I really need help. Same thing is happening in League of Legends, I am just farming and then i disconnect for like 1-2seconds. I even bought repeater... Nothing helps.

Hey guys so I bought the ASUS FX505DY for my office purposes and to do light-weight gaming (read as e-sports titles). So I tried firing up League of Legends onto this, and I believe with the specs this has League shouldn't be an issue, but during teamfights on Medium setting the frame dips below 10. IDK why tho, could anyone of you lot help me out on this? Cheers! (Specs: Ryzen 3550H, 8GB ram, RX560X and 128SSD)

I recently upgraded my system because I simply wanted more fps and better graphics. My specs consist of... • ryzen 5 1600 • sapphire rx 580 4gb • 1x 8gb DDR4 Ram V-color 2666hz • 1x 4gb DDR4 Ram corsair 3000hz ^ the total amount of ram is 12gb running at 2666hz • GA-A320M-S2H • 500w gigabyte power supply Overall this system performs amazing in terms of fps, but the problem that i’m having might seem like drivers or gpu issue. I play different games like rust, valorant, but mostly League of Legends (LoL) THE ISSUE... The issue that i’m having with LoL but happens with most games is that after I load into the match my game freezes for 3 sec and turns off my monitor causing me to die in lane. I can still hear the game in the background after the screen turns off. The game always tabs out, so i tab back in therefore, repeating the issue. I searched for a solution but nothing fixed the problem. I tried running the game in administrator, disabling high dpi scaling, upgrading my drivers, cleaning my drivers, turning every preset off in the AMD software. My current AMD drivers are 20.2.2 because the issue is less consistent. Please help me find a solution and thank you for your time!

Hello. I have always had terrible performance on this 1070ti. In games such as Fortnite, Rocket League, and LoL I have never been able to maintain 144fps and thats on a 144hz monitor, so you may be able to understand why I want this to work. I recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu because I thought that was the issue, but no such luck (upgraded to 2700x). I know the issue is not temperature or overheating because my GPU always runs at 28 degrees C. I have yet to do a test on my computers performance such as firestrike because I dont know a free one to use. I have up to date drivers, and am very upset that my GPU wont perform. Thanks for all the help.

So im building a new setup and as ive bought a 144hz monitor (1920*1080) i need a new gpu as my old 650ti wont be able to handle this kind of framerate even on low settings so my question is what GPU can run league of legends at 1080p silently, so other than that monitor i will be using a tv as an overhead display which wont be doing much other than having random things open such as spotify and the like, so if anyone can reffer me to a gpu which can run league silently at 144hz that would be great

Is this build overkill for a PC thats probably only going to run League of Legends(300 fps+), CS:GO (200 fps +) and E*trade Pro? I might get GTA V, Tera Online and Farcry Primal later on though. I also want a computer that can last 6+ years. I might add 2 more monitors later on for day trading too. Hello So i recently changed my PC platform from socket 1155 (ivy) to 1151 (skylake) and OC'ed my CPU to stable 4,4 Ghz (its i5 6600K) the motherboard is now MSI gaming m3 with z170A chipset ofc and i got 16 gigs of ram with xmp profile on (corsair lpx 2800 black). So before changin platform and OS (from win 7 to 8.1 ) i could easily turn on vertical sync on while playing LeagueofLegends without any issues, however now i got strange screen tearing or shuttering (dunno which one is correct term :P) and my fps is not 60 but 60+ (where my monitor is only 60 fps refresh rate :P). On game like Blade and Soul i dont have such issue . Any ideas?

My main game is League Of Legends and my specs are the spoiler below. However if you're lazy then all you need to know is that i have a fx 6300 on stock settings or sometimes (rare times) overclocked to 4.0 ghz. My gpu is a 280x gigabyte edition. If I were to change cpu (and motherboard) to an i5 (maybe i5 4690), how much of a fps difference would it be? Edit: Might be good to mention that I play on 1080p. Max settings, of course.

I'm planning a build for a friend and the only thing he wants it to do is run LoL at 60 max and no other games for the cheapest. He does not care for expand-ability so I figured an APU would do great so this is the build I've come up with right now: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TnJMNG Do you think this is a good option? Could I do with a cheaper mobo? Or is there another build you think would be better? Right now the resolution is likely to be 1680x1050 if not then 1600x900. Do you think this build can do 60 fps max at 1080 for LoL?

Is it just me or is the stage of LoL worlds in Seoul seem soo small. I mean, the LCS that took place in London looked at least 3 times bigger, I mean I thought the place holding it would hold more people, like a football stadium. Maybe London, something that can hold more people - would've been filled in London (in my opinion.) (On a side note, what about half in one country and the other half of worlds in another) Of course I could be wrong - so correct me!

Garena, operator of League of Legends in places like Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and the Philippines, is hosting an all-women eSports competition. Cool! There's just one problem: they've put a limit on the number of LGBTQ people allowed per team because they might offer an "unfair advantage." Garena made the announcement in an update in their eSports site I guess my dream team of 5 scarletts in one team is now gone :'( Thoughts? *Riot Responded https://twitter.com/riotgames/status/562711265899188229 *Garena responded http://esports.garena.ph/newsArticle.php?contentid=00000604
