I am a student in India and I am looking for some good headphones up to 3k rupees. The key features i am looking for are good battery life, and good audio quality, comfortable fit and longevity. I don't expect very premium audio quality but it should be worth what i am paying for... so please suggest me some headphones in this price range which i can use for at least couple of years without any wear and tear.

I'm from India and there is an Asrock 5600XT 6gb graphics card for 13000inr (around 150us?). GPU prices here are typically higher than prices in the US. I have two questions. First of all, is vedantcomputers (the seller) reliable? Second of all, is Asrock bad?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a laptop with video editing and light gaming in mind. I went to a local computer store the other day, and looked at two Asus tuf models, FA5061HRB and FA5061CB; their main difference (as far as I can tell) is in their CPU and GPU. The FA5061HRB has a ryzen 5-4600 CPU with a nvidia 1650GTX GPU, and the FA5061CB has a ryzen 7-4800h CPU with a nvidia 3050RTX GPU. The price of the FA5061HRB is ₹62000 ($752.22) And ₹82000 ($994.88) for the FA5061CB, which is a price difference of ₹20000 ($242.65). I want to know how significant the performance difference is between the two. Games I may play on it are hunter call of the wild and tekken 7. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I am planning a custom build with the i7-13700k and I am conflicted with either choosing an AIO liquid cooling solution or getting a dual fin air cooler. The major points for my consideration are: 1. I am in India, where peak temps in summer go to 45C (although i'll be in a air conditioned room, but considering that might not be the case at some point) 2. I want something that will last long and will not cause any intermediate issues that will send me running to a PC place to get anything repaired (in short, I want stability)

I just wanted to know if anyone has bought LTT merch in India, and if yes, what were all the costs incurred? (Taxes, Customs etc.)
-
I recently bought components for my PC because I was getting them at a bulk discount. All components except the Graphics Card. (Due to shortage and scalper pricing). My idea was to wait for Graphics Card prices to stabilize and then buy one for myself. So I what I want to ask is should I build the rest of my PC and use it or just wait for a Graphics Card and then assemble it all at once. I do have an AIO PC that I use currently and it's not going to go anywhere even if I have a completely built PC. I am going to use it for my work even after my build is complete. Idk if the parts I picked are relevant to my query but I am posting their list anyways. AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Gigabyte B550M DS3H (Ik I will need to use the Q-flash as the 5600X won't be compatible with my MoBo out of the box) HyperX Fury 2x8GB 3200Mhz Corsair CV550 Ant eSports ICE-120AG

I have been watching ltt and all their videos for a year now (by that i mean i have been on a continuous binge and have watched every video that pertains to tech on the ltt channel that is been posted since 2017). Recently, i thought of making this search on the ltt channel and this is what i found. Out of how many hundreds or even thousands of video on the channel, there is only 1 that pops up when i look for the word India, 1!!, And its not like there is a shortage of viewers from India. I for one know at least 5 people who are subscribed to ltt in my locality alone. Is it just me or are they purposefully avoiding India and tech related topics in India? I mean there would be plenty for them to talk about if they look at what is going on in India, is there some specific reason they are avoiding it? Now i am not accusing them of anything but, i really do want to know, why is there a general avoidance of India when it comes to all the content published by Linus Media Group?

I just bought a GTX 1080 from the used market and this is the first time I’ve bought a used component ever so I don’t know how prices are. I bought the 1080 for US$ 540. Also note that I live in India where we don’t get as many graphic cards anyway so everything is more expensive. Plus due to the shortages and price hikes everywhere this is the cheapest one I could find that had decent performance. Is this a good deal given the current situation of the market?

Summary Employees in an iPhone production facility in India became violent on Saturday, over claims workers are not being paid what they were allegedly promised by Apple assembly partner Wistron. Quotes My thoughts Frankly there isn't much difference between Chinese and Indian factories. People with power and money will continue to treat others like trash. Due to overpopulation and corrupt system, human right mean basically nothing (source: i'm indian). Apple better tighten up those regulations about human rights on India factories or its going to be the same situation as china. After a very Long Time India's google products are reported down. Services like YouTube, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet(the most important during online classes, many schools stopped at once), Google Classroom, Google Calendars, Google Play, Google Maps(Ubers in India has stopped now) and every other google based product in India has stopped. Google has never been down in Southern and Southeastern Asia for so long. This shows that something serious is happening in their servers. Summary Google is down in India, never had been down for a very long time. Down from 5:15 pm IST (or) 11:15 am GMT till the time of posting this issue. Quotes My thoughts This issue has never happened before, all google services going down in a relatively stable region. This is interesting to me because, whatever may be the issue; major corporations like Google should have backups if something ever fails. But, corporations are going above the line in the name of cost cutting and maximising margins. Budget (including currency): Originally Planned 30k to 35k but due to lack of parts for the chosen GPU, i ended up at a price point of 60k which is the maximum i can afford to spend right now. Currency is Indian Rupee. Country: India Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Entertainment only. AAA-rated pc games at 1080p resolution (High or Very-High but not Ultra graphic settings) on a 43-inch 4k tv (60hz refresh rate) sitting at about 3 metres distance from the display screen on a couch. In future I might try VR-games/movies. More details: I want to upgrade my GPU. My current computer has : GTX 750ti, i5-650 and 1x8gb ram on a Intel chipset "H" motherboard for which power is supplied through a corsair vs450w 80+ psu. I know my current computer can technically support the GPU i have my eyes on, the "Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super OC 6G Graphics Card, 2X Windforce Fans, 6GB 192-bit GDDR6, Gv-N166SOC-6GD Video Card". But to avoid cpu bottlenecking (i dont want FPS drops/limitations in games), I have decided to buy a new processor, mobo, ram as listed here: Parts planned for purchase I dont really care for things like noiseless operation, power efficiency, etc. features that come with PSUs that are 80+Bronze (or higher) certified and i know my current psu, the corsair vs450W 80+ White can easily handle my rig even after i upgrade the said parts. However, i do see a Corsair vs650W 80+ bronze psu that is bundled with a very-similar (not exactly the same) corsair cabinet/case that i plan to buy (as listed above in pcpartpicker.com) at amazon.in I could afford it, but it would be reaaaaally stretching it in terms of budget, as i have already gone up from my originally planned budget of 30k to 60k, but it's indeed something i can afford if i wanted to but at the same time i know i dont really need the psu upgrade. Not unless under heavy load, my upgraded rig's power output reaches 450W or higher. (which is not possible i believe, but i am slightly concerned about it since the graphics card's suggested psu wattage is 450W, i tend to use PSUs that r slightly higher than the recommended specs to be on the safe side). I expect after the parts upgrade, my new rig's power output to be around 315W (this is with my other additional components installed, like a 1tb Western Digital Hard-Drive, mouse, keyboard and a 5.1 speakers....i literally have no other pc components that could very well possibly lead to a higher wattage consumption than around 315W ) My Question to the community is, should i get the 650W corsair power supply or is it not really something to worry about? I know having too low or too high psu wattage rating would lead to other issues but at the same time i also know that 450W to 650W PSUs shouldn't be an issue for this kinda build. Just to make it clear, as i said before, i dont care for features like noiseless operation, power efficiency, etc. but what i DO care about is that, under heavy load or very light load, my current psu should be able to supply the necessary power consistently to the whole computer. (Light load being when my computer is in sleep mode and heavy load being when i have been gaming on very-high 1080p graphic settings on a cpu/gpu intense AAA-rated game for over 6-hours straight. I know for a fact under normal load, which would be when i am browsing the internet, watching a movie, social-media, etc. my current psu is sufficient). Also, speaking of power, i tend to experience power fluctuations sometimes, (my home experiences Low voltage or high voltage because of which i use this UPS APC UPS ) and i know PSU has nothing to do with this, but i felt like it would be wise to point out that i use a UPS and why the usage of an UPS is necessary for clarity as this whole question is mainly about power supply. Apologies that I typed so much for y'all to read , I'm new to linus's forums, i have been a subscriber to his channel(s) since he worked for NCIX but i never joined the forums because there was no reason to do so up until now but now that i am finally here, i must admit i am fairly excited to interact with the community Thanks to whomever that reads all this with patience and replies asap to help me out as I would be making the purchase of all parts within the next 3 days from now so would be really nice to hear from y'all before that Gonna leave links below for all the parts that i plan to purchase in-case anybody wants to know ( the links that lead to individual products in the pcpartcpicker.com are incorrect as i dont plan to buy from newegg.com but instead from amazon.in): Processor : i5-9400F Mobo : MSI B365M PRO-VDH RAM : Crucial Ballistix 2666 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 16GB (8GBx2) CL16 BL2K8G26C16U4B (Black) Video Card : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super OC 6G Graphics Card, 2X Windforce Fans, 6GB 192-bit GDDR6, Gv-N166SOC-6GD Video Card Case/Cabinet (my current choice as i dont believe i require psu upgrade) : Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW Mid-Tower Steel Gaming Case with Red LED (Black) Case/Cabinet+psu combo (if it's necessary to upgrade my psu to 650W) : Corsair Carbide SPEC-05 Mid-Tower Gaming Case with CV650 PSU (CC-9020125-UK) - Black (i have a universal power socket at my home already to go with this UK version of psu) Cheers to y'all.. - Shiva666

Hi, Need some help in selecting a Power supply for a friends build. The Build will most likely be with the following combo Ryzen 5600G/X + 3060 Ti/6600XT 750W Gold is what i am looking for but there are so many options and the prices are all over the place here in India. So need your help. Budget: Trying to keep the budget under INR 7500 which directly converts to 100$ but in reality the prices here aren't comparable. https://pcpricetracker.in/ This site basically list most of the majority Indian Online sellers where i can buy the PSU from. (Please avoid searching on amazon.in as mostly its either imported listings or too overpriced) Listing some of the options i am thinking but limited too. https://shop.clarioncomputers.in/product/silverstone-viva-750w-80-plus-gold-power-supply/ https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/silverstone-strider-essential-series-750w-80-gold-smps-sst-et750-g/ https://mdcomputers.in/silverstone-750-watt-80-plus-gold-semi-modular-sst-et750-hg.html There is also this Antec EAG 750 Pro Gold one, https://gamesncomps.com/product/antec-ea750g-pro-80-plus-gold-750w-hybrid-modular-power-supply/ not sure if this is the same Tier A or the chinese one as this is the only listing of it here which is in stock. Please would like your inputs and suggestions

Budget (including currency): 30000 INR Country: India Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Casual offline Gaming. Other details: Target 1080p, 75 FPS need GPU to pair with Ryzen 5 3400G Current Configuration: Processor- Ryzen 5 3400G Mother Board: MSI B450m PRO-VHD MAX Ram: Hyper X Fury 16 GB 3000 single stick ram SSD: Kingston A400 240GB HDD: WD Blue 2TB PSU: Corsair VS600 80 Plus Case: Ant Esports ICE-211TG Mid Tower Computer Case Monitor 0: Dell 21.5-inch LED Backlit Full HD, 60 Hz. Monitor 1: ViewSonic Mainstream Monitor (24") Full HD (1080), 75 Hz, I Build my first computer in 15 years. I needed a system for WFH and laptop wasn't just cutting it (Need to login to web based consoles) and little gaming on the side doesn't hurt anyone. I was on a tight budget and GPU were extremely expensive so I opted for APU instead. Initially planned on getting a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G but those were hard to get by, Instead I found a great combo deal on Prime ABGB for Ryzen 5 3400g with MSI B450 Pro-VDH max motherboard. Didn't knew 2 rams are better than one and got a Hyper X Fury 16 GB 3000 single stick ram. I went with 3000Mhz as Ryzen 5 3400g supports max 2933MHz. I got Ant Esports Case and a Corsair VS600 80 Plus Certified PSU as they were on offer as well. Kingston A400 240GB SSD as it was the cheapest option. Later added a 2TB WD Blue. Now I am thinking about purchasing a GPU as the prices are coming down. I know that 3400g will cause major bottle neck on modern GPU and since I only have PCIe 3rd gen, I don't even consider RX6500XT. I am considering following GPUs RTX 2060 GTX 1660 Super / 1660 Ti I don't have any immediate plan on upgrade CPU but might consider in another year or so. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

Does anyone here know how I can get WiFi print to work on my Epson L6190 to work on the crappy and proprietary ( un-upgradable e-waste) that jiofiber calls a router and forces you to use (don’t quote me on that there may be a way to get my own router there without using jios crap I don’t know about yet) edit: mods I just realised I posted this in the wrong subforum, pls move it to the right one

Budget (including currency): 1.5-1.6 Lahks INR Country: India Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, AAA titles such as Witcher, RDR2, Elden Ring etc. Would also like to stream/use chrome/discord while playing. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a 1080p 144Hz monitor which I plan to use for a while a later maybe 1-2 years upgrade to 1440p/4k. I'd like to play at 60fps above and stream accordingly. I have a keyboard and mouse as well. Parts List : Parts That I've already bought/Had from before : Intel i5-12600k MSI MAG Tomahawk Z690 - DDR4 ram Gigabyte AORUS 850W Gold+ PSU 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 500GB Samsung 970 EVO Plus Parts that I would Ideally want: Coolermaster TD500 Mesh ASUS ROG STRIX 3070 TI or ASUS TUF Gaming OC 3070 TI 32 GB Ram - Either 3200Mhz or 3600MHz would work Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Hi I'm planning on doing my first PC build in the next 2-3 of weeks or so. After using a laptop for the last 4.5 years which has served me well, I want to upgrade to a PC as I finally can. I've done a decent amount of research on what parts I want/need for my use case. My use-case is regular gaming with Valorant, AAA titles like Witcher, RDR2, Genshin, Doom, Sekiro, Eldenring, and light streaming. My reason for the CPU/Motherboard/Ram combination is to allow me to run chrome/discord/OBS in the background without having any issues while playing a AAA title. Now my main question is about the cooler. Everywhere that I've found the cooler online, the specifications mention that the cooler isn't compatible with the LGA1700 socket which is what I need. After looking around a bit, the Noctua website mentions that they either have hardware for LGA 1700 included in orders post 01/2022 but none of the online retailers mention this. Noctua also mention that they provide another mounting kit for the coolers purchased before this free of cost to people (NM-i17xx-MP83 for this cooler) but I'm not sure if they provide this in India as I can't find any official retailer for them. I would be very grateful if someone who has bought this in the last couple of months with a 12th gen CPU can share their experience with this. Another question I had about the cooler was whether I'd be able to fit the GPU in the topmost slot of the motherboard as the cooler is quite big. If not, I'd like some suggestions on coolers I can buy which would be a good replacement for this. And finally, a small question on which of these two I should choose: ASUS ROG STRIX 3070 TI or ASUS TUF Gaming OC 3070 TI? Would it really make any difference? The budget is not much of an issue, currently, I'd be spending around 1.5L given this parts list (If it looks less, it's because I've had some parts for quite some time and I'm not counting those). I don't mind putting in another 5-10k for a different cooler or GPU which would go with the rest of the list. I'd also appricieate any case compatibility issues anyone might be aware of. Thanks Thanks in advance to anyone who provides any advice. Please feel free to ask questions you might have to help me with this, I'll reply as soon as I can.
