  1. Commander pro not dedecting all fans, i have 6 ll fans connected to commander pro, 1 lighting node, 2 usb for hx1000i and Hydro Series™ H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler. all products wworking perfectly, only commander pro is dedecting 3 fans and not 6.., lighting node is dedecting all 6 fans and i can control all of it but for fan speed, only 3 are showing up, i tried the ports but only number 1,2 and 6 are working, when i connect to port 3,4 or 5, it doesnt dedect the fan speed. iam using it for 1 year i think and i switched to a another windows recently, i normally intalled icue but nothing changed.( also my 4 fans are running, 3 working perfect, 4th working randomly, other 2 are 0rpm) i looked at asus ai fans control but nothing is there. when i switch to 4pin mode, 4th fan is going fast rpm and i cannot control it.) 11.zip
  2. Hello dear forum reader, I have the Corsair spec omega rgb case that comes with Corsair rgb things. The problem is that its currently stuck on rainbow orgasm since i cannot open the Corsair iCue software. I tried installing it but when i go ahead and open it, the software closes again immediately (I see a process run in task manager but it closes immediately, in less than 1 seconds). Ive looked all around the web for answers and tried the following to solve it myself: Reinstall the software Delete all files associated with the software and reinstalled Tried another usb header inside my case Unplugged the 2 fans + case rgb and plugged only 1 in at a time Installed an older version of iCue Installed the old Link software, i can open that but its no use to me Yelled at the pc Run the program as administrator Run the program in compatibility mode But nothing seems to work. My specs are: Windows 10 pro V1903 64bit build 18362.535 Bios: SMBIOSBIOSVersion F7 i7 4790 Gigabyte gaming 3 corsair spec omega rgb case Strix gtx 1070 24gb ram 750W psu Can anyone help me in my frustration? Thanks already for any help! - Po
  3. Hello, I'm building a PC this saturday and while I tried to buy iCUE compatible parts I won't be able to control everything with it. My RGB parts are the following: Asus Rog Strix x570-E gaming Asus Rog Strix RTX 2070 Super Corsair iCUE 465X RGB (black) (which includes 3x LL120 fans & a Lightning Node Core) Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM (which includes 2x ML120 fans) 3 extra LL120 fans (which includes a Lightning Node Pro) Corsair Gaming K70 Mk.2 Low Profile G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x 16GB Logitech G903 Hero So if I understood it correctly iCUE can controll all 6x LL120 fans, the AIO with it's ML fans, the keyboard and the Asus mainboard, but not the Asus GPU. I'd need Aura Sync for the GPU, but Aura Sync shouldn't be running if iCUE controlls the Asus mainboard - guess I'll have to turn of the GPU RGB. G Hub will control the RGB of the mouse without iCUE compability issues. And last the G.Skill RAM. I heard it works with the mainboard software which would be Asus Aura Sync and/or iCUE, but iCUE supports only Asus mainboards. So the RAM would be the same situation as the GPU minus the option to turn of the RAM RGB? Is this all correct or are there better options?
  4. I've been trying to find a solution to my laptop randomly freezing up mid task or stuck on a black screen at boot which never reaches the login screen. After a random freeze up there is no way to escape the crash other than to hold down power button and shut off the laptop and reboot. I think I've narrowed it down to possible driver issue with iCue software for my M65 Pro gaming mouse. I originally thought it was a windows update issue because it seemed to happen around the major update a couple months ago. But....... Without going into great detail (for now) I uninstalled the iCue software and problem seems to be past tense?? Anyone else have this issue with Corsair iCue software?? Or am spiralling down the wrong hole??
  5. Hello,I'm building a PC in 2 weeks. The build contains a H100i RGB Platinum (the rad has 2 ML120 fans) iCUE 465X case which includes 3 LL120 fans and I think a Lightning Node CORE.My mainboard is an Asus Rog Strix x570-e Gaming.I'm not sure if I have enough parts to make the fans work probably.Do I need more?I know that I can't mix different fans on the Lighting Node CORE, so I guess I connect the 3 LL120 fans and the 2 ML120 from the AIO somewhere else?
  6. Heyo,So I did what I think is a pretty cool thing. As the title suggests, I basically integrated iCUE with Google Assistant. That being said, there's a pretty big asterisk on that statement. What I DidWhat I REALLY did was had Google Assistant use IFTTT to modify a text file with a color name in my OneDrive, which then auto-synced to my computer. Meanwhile, I made a web wallpaper with Wallpaper Engine, the JavaScript in which continuously pings a local Node/Express server I have running, which serves the contents of that file. The wallpaper then parses the HTML color name into RGB, and uses Wallpaper Engine's iCUE integration to set all the LEDs on my rig to that color. So while it's a bit more convoluted than the title suggests, all you have to do is say "Hey Google, make the PC lights ____" and about 10 seconds later, the LED colors change, making it seem to the end user like they're fairly tightly integrated. How I Did itHere's a link to the Github repo with the code for the Node server and the wallpaper, and a more detailed walkthrough of the PC end of things: https://github.com/profezzional/iCUE-wallpaper-engineOn the IFTTT side, it was as simple as making an applet #triggered by Google Assistant, having the text ingredient be the HTML color name, and then the action being append the TextField ingredient to a file in OneDrive. I separated the names with "|". Then when the Node server reads the file contents, it replaces the file with only the new value followed by "|". This is so the file size doesn't keep growing as you continue to use the program.Next StepsThe next thing I'll do is wrap the Node server up into probably an AHK script or something and run that on startup. I may also add applets to start/stop Wallpaper Engine, which might use nodemon on the Node server or something to track a flag in a file, track the Wallpaper Engine process to stop it, and know where it's installed to start it.How I Got ThereThe motivation for this was I've been thinking about doing this sort of thing ever since I got my RGB LED light bulbs after I got a Google Home Hub. After I finally redid the custom loop in my PC, and right before I get the new Corsair water blocks, I finally decided to sit down and do it.Getting to this point took me about 2 days of trial and error. I was going to start down the path of trying to hook into iCUE's Far Cry 5 integration, but from a couple posts I saw, that was going to be super complicated and I don't like C++ (see http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=181358). Then I remembered Wallpaper Engine had iCUE integration for wallpapers, so I checked that out and, as primarily a web developer, was very pleased to see I could do things in JavaScript.I had code for a simple C# HTTP server, so I tried to use that initially, but that was being funky, so I used some NodeJS code I had from a much more complicated app and trimmed it down to just the extreme basics, since all I needed was for the server to give me the file contents on any route. My next conundrum was how to get Google Assistant to modify a file. I first tried to dabble with making my own Actions, but that got complicated super quick. Not that I'm afraid of complicated things, I just figured there had to be an easier way. I then tried to use a couple existing Actions like Vodo Drive to modify a file in my Google Drive, but it seems like it's really only for spreadsheets, at least for the time being. Then I stumbled upon IFTTT, and I remembered having heard about it a while ago, but I'm shocked I didn't have this in my life before.I then initially tried to find a way to have the Node server query my Google Drive directly, but the Drive API was also suuuuper complicated. I was trying to find a way to not have to wait for a file to sync from the cloud to my PC, but quickly resigned myself to that, and I'm not disappointed with the delay. I'm sure if I took the time and made the effort to use the Drive API or something, and had the Node server continuously check my Drive for updates, it would be faster. Looking at the OneDrive API, it seems like it may be marginally simpler than Google's, but at this point what I have is fairly smooth and doesn't take too long.So yeah, that's been my journey over the past 2 days. Let me know what you guys think, if you have any suggestions for improvement, or if I'm missing a totally obvious better way to do this. Side note: I also started this discussion over on the Corsair forums to try to get more input on it, so check over there for more ideas.
  7. Hello LTT Forum, I just wanted to share my new build and hear some feedback on what you all think. Cable management isn't perfect and there's some additions I want to make in the future but I think it turned out pretty decent. The RTX 2060 and 3600X being on sale is what did it for me. My wife and I will be playing lots of BL3 and who knows what else (Want to buy Metro Exodus and Cyberpunk 2077 when it gets here!) Only issue is that iCUE and MysticLight hate eachother Parts list and more pics: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/mLvnTW Thanks to LTT, JayzTwoCents, Gamers Nexus, HardwareCanucks and Hardware Unboxed for hours of great content that helped me build this rig!
  8. I'm trying to update the firmware of my Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless mouse via iCUE but keep getting the message "Plug the USB cable to start the update" even when it's already plugged in... Anyone know a fix? It's not the end of the world since the mouse works just fine but it's annoying to have the "update" button just sitting there being useless... EDIT: This has been solved! I don't know what exactly solved it, after a couple of restarts and re-plugs of the cable it suddenly decided to finally update.
  9. Hello, I have seen that some Corsair PSUs are compatible with iCUE, but what could I actually do with thise PSUs in iCUE?
  10. So i got a Corsair icue 465x case sitting around waiting for my new build, but I'm wondering about the lighting node core. The case comes with 3 LL120 fans, but the AIOs come with ML120 fans. (1) Is the node core not going to work with mixed fans? Searching seems to suggest it wont, but i cant find posts where people have actually experienced it (on the vague hope it works despite corsair saying it doesn't). (2) Also there's nowhere to hook up the RGB USB from a corsair RGB AIO to this thing either is there? (3) And finally since i'm expecting the answer to mixing fans and AIO USB to be no, can i link this thing up to a either a commander pro or lighting pro to get that functionality back without having to get both? If i need both a lighting pro and commander pro to get all the RGB goodness form the range of corsair stuff, then I'm a bit miffed that this case kind of misled me with the lighting node core. Although I'll admit i like the look of the case (saw one in person) even without the RGB fully set up. So long as the fans are lit at all it looks pretty good. The only other corsair case i thought looked as nice is RGB 500D and that's AUS$200 more. So all the RGBs I'm intending to implement: Keep the 3 LL120s in the front Put a RGB H100i or H115i in the top (the ones with RGB on the CPU block) and put a final LL120 in the back No extra strips, but i will probably get corsair RGB ram to round out my Rainbow Unicorn Vomit Seizure build. (4) Whats my best bet to to fully control all that? I'm fine with the bloatware. The RGB will mainly be to make my nieces go "oooh, ahhh, shiny".
  11. I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I have a question about Corsair iCUE profiles and switching hardware. I want to remove the iCUE Commander Pro from my PC and replace it with a Lighting Node Pro because it takes up less room. I'll still have all of my hardware lighting set up the same way in the same lighting channels, so will my current iCUE profiles still work the same without me having to change anything or redo all of my settings?
  12. I just put 2 8gb sticks of Vengeance RGB in my PC. My motherboard is a Gigabyte z170x ud3. I've searched around for a way to make the memory LEDs turn off automatically when I put the computer to sleep, and it seems that there isn't a way to do this yet... That would be fine, as long as I could do it manually. Every time I turn them off in iCUE, the right stick turns right back on as soon as I sleep the PC.... any idea why this would happen, or how to fix it?? my PC is in my bedroom and that thing is really bright.... I love the look of the ram but I'd like to not have to shut down all the way every night....
  13. i saw in a video that your fans turn off if you do basic work for example i don't know how i can configure this in the corsair Icue software can someone help me with my problem i would really apreciate it. the corsair icue devices i have are: corsair void pro wireless rgb and the corsair commander pro with 4 HD120 rgb fans and 1 temerature sensor.
  14. i have installed my corsair hd120 fans in to my corsair commander pro and i can't control the rgb only the fan speed and curves. i have also tried to plug in the standard bridge that comes with the corsair hd120 pack but that didn't work. can someone help me why i can't control the RGB in the corsiar icue software i appreciate all the response and help i will get. PC Specs: CPU: amd ryzen 7 2700x Motherboard: asus tuf b450-plus gaming GPU: MSI Ventus rtx 2060 OC RAM: 2x8GB adata spectrix d80 Storage: 240gb ssd, 2TB seagate 7200 RPM hdd and a 500gb seagate hdd PSU: Gamdias kratos P1 650G 650 Watt case: Sharkoon TG4 red
  15. Okay, so, I'm expecting people to say "tough cookies" but I have a short problem, and have no idea what the solution is. I want to change to a different lighting profile for my Corsair K70 RGB keyboard. All the profiles I have, I got back when CUE wasn't iCUE, so the profiles are .prf type file. iCUE won't let me import or use that file type. I tried going back to the old version of CUE, and it refuses to see my keyboard (Likely because the firmware is newer than the software supports... maybe?) I just want to use the exact lighting profile I switch to every Christmas, but since I updated to iCUE this year, it seems that the custom "scene" either died or is so different that I don't know anything about it anymore. I don't care about any features beyond getting that profile to work. I don't have any macros or other features set up. Just want to get all my old .prf files to work for lighting. Short version: Want to use ancient lighting profile on K70 keyboard. Non-ancient software laughed in my face when I tried.
  16. Hi, i have this daubt The Corsair keyboard K63 can be customize (via iCue) with different "Per key lighting" customization profiles ? i cant find any doc about it thanks
  17. Hi everyone, I'm a bit surprised to see all these tech channels promote and be sponsored by Corsair and this company having a lot of quality issues both hardware and software. And I really wanted to start this discussion to raise awareness to these issues. I only owned a Corsair mech. keyboard and a H100i v2 AIO. I'm gonna leave the Keyboard story for another time and focus on the AIO iCUE issue for now. All started with this thread on Corsair forum: New iCue "Freezes" and requires constant CorsairService restart Basically, FAN profiles for the AIO on ICUE "hang" and the Fans are silently not monitored or controlled. Having to manually restart a windows service to fix It. This was first reported on 06-27-2018 and is at this date without any fix or response from Corsair. Everyone is complaining about this! (At least people that want to do their own fan profiles) Initially I was very worried because If the ICUE hanged during a LOW load, the fans would not ramp up on a HIGH load. And that could cause overheating. My experience has been the opposite tho. It appears to always hang during ramping up and won't ramp down. But this is my experience doesn't mean the other way around can't happen. This abnormal time to fix this for me means one of two things: 1) They are indeed total incompetents with regard to software development (most people are suggesting this.. I don't buy It) 2) It's a hardware issue that they can't fix (USB controller on some AIO?) Hardware is done by Asetek right? If it's the 2) one, It's frustrating that they just throw this under the rug, they launch new products and everything is perfect until It's not... All the tech channels continue to promote this and we are all with rainbows and unicorns... They have done this with at least another product like their premium cherry mx keyboards, where after some time they would develop key chatter and where complete garbage. When we connect the dots and read people's reports, it's easy to understand it's a product design fault and they get away with It. Sorry for the venting. Again, I just wanted to get some awareness and discussion going on and hopefully that whoever reads this: Stay away from these products. Invest 40$ more and get NZXT AIO or something... In the mean time, I'm sure I'll be seeing Corsair on Youtube... Thanks.
  18. Hi. So i'm thinking about buying a 3 pack ML120 Pro RGB kit including the Corsair Link Lighting Node PRO controller. But I'm using Linux most of the time, but have no problem booting into Windows to change my RGB. That's what I currently do with my ASUS Aura stuff - boot to windows, set RGB, motherboard remembers settings so they persist even when booted to Linux. So this is a question to owners of Corsair RGB products and in particular the Corsair Link Lighting Node PRO controller. If RGB is set in Windows using the iCue software, will the settings persist when rebooting or will it be rainbow barf until the iCue software loads again? Thanks in advance :)
  19. Hi all. I am currently looking at building a new rig from the ground up but would like to ask about rgb controllers and their comparability. If I am aiming to run an all corsair rig in terms of RAM, case, fans, keyboard and mouse which all have RGB would I be able to control my Motherboard and Graphics card's RGB within iCUE so that everything sync's up and looks good or would I need to work with the motherboard manufactures software to control all the RGB. For example: I have the system mentioned above but have an asus motherboard and gpu, would I be able to control their RGB with iCue or would I need to use Aura sync to control all the corsair RGB. Thank you for your time and I hope you all have a wonderful day!
  20. Would like a little help here if anyone has some experience with various rgb control software and fan. I am building a new PC using and Asus Motherboad with Aura sync. I was planning on going the Corsair LL route for all of my fans (9 in total) an curious as to whether or not I could control them using Aura aync instead of iCue or, Control the RGB on my motherboard with iCue. Also, the more I have looked into the Corsair LL fans I don't care for the look of them. While I do want RGB the fan hubs being RGB lit is a turn off for me. The bigger turn off is if the fans are set to pull air into the case, the light loop is only on the intake side. If I decide not to go with the Corsair LL fans I could just find something that is compatible with with Aura sync and probably have a good day. Though I would like to go with the new Corsair reservoir D5 pump combo for my custom loop which, is another reason why I would like to know if iCue and Aura sync get along. I would prefer the fans to have have some sort of light loop, visible from both sides of the fan, not have LEDs in the fan hub (black blades), have some sort of way to hook up 9 of them, and be PWM controlled where I can set the fan speeds manually. Just looking around I love the look of the pccooler coronas but have my reservations about purchasing them. While they do look good (I love the minimalistic look of them) from what I have seen with a couple of reviews, they look like they could be a little wonky when switching between colors, possibly a little laggy with Aura sync as it seemed like they might lag behind what the motherboard was doing by a noticeable degree and had some sort of weird flash between some of the color switches. I am open to any suggestions you guys might have on any fans they may suit my needs/wants, budget not an issue.
  21. i cant monitor my psu with icue app, i tried with corsairlink4 app and it didnt worked,(except old version of clink4 app worked but it gives wrong results from other devices temp.) Is there a fix for this any software i can monitor live watt?(It sometimes shows at the HWMonitor app when restart but sometimes..)

Hi there I have a few questions about compatibility things with Corsair iCue and MSI mystic light and ASRock ASRRGBLED. I already know that MSI ML can control my Corsair strafe RGB keyboard, can iCue control the RGB on my msi 1080? Is my ASRock MOBO compatible with any other sofware for RGB control? It not super important but i'd like to sync everything if thats is possible it is a little OCD thing. RGB was never the priority in my build but i would be nice if i could sync my MOBO, GPU or both with iCue! Thanks!
  24. I have a lot of Corsair products and they are annoying at times because the software that controls them often has issues. Because of this, I just updated to iCue 3.1.103, but now I have even more issues (won't work from sleep, 20% CPU usage, and fan control won't work). Do you think that Corsair will eventually iron out all these problems in this new software, or should I look to other RGB ecosystems?
