So, just on the menu screen for cod warzone, cpu usage is pegged at 100%. I deleted temp files, disabled background apps, changed program priority, to no avail. Do I need to upgrade my cpu? I have an i5-7400

Hi guys, Please vote in the poll which one would be best suited for me. I want to game at 1080p 60fps. Also, if it helps as a decisive factor, the i5-7400 will drain me of about ~€200,-; ~$215,- USD; ~$285,- CAD respectively. Yeah, we get kinda screwed here in the Netherlands. Also I'd like to edit in the future, which is why I opted for 4 cores at least.

I'm going to build a custom PC between 500-600€ (notice that this is NOT a gaming orientated setup, media consumption and multitasking are my priorities, gaming comes second). And I don't know which one I should pick between the ryzen 5 1400, i5-7400 or i3-7300. The i3 is the better at single core. The ryzen the same for multicore. And the i5 the middle ground. They all cost the same in my country so don't worry about that too much. Can anyone help me plz?

Hey guys, I am thinking about upgrading my GPU from GTX 960 to a new RX590. But I am afraid that my I5-7400 will be bottlenecking it. Also will my 500W PSU 80+ from Evga be enough ? specs: i5-7400 RX 590 16GB of ram (2x8gb stick) 2x HDD

So, I've been looking to build a laptop out of this thing: http://www.eluktronics.com/N950KP6-BYO#product-description Which is basically a laptop shell with a graphics card, and rgb keyboard (gotta have it), two open DDR4 SODIMM slots, and an empty LGA1151 socket. Now, what I'm worried about, is that if I pick up an i5-7400, it'll bottleneck the 1060 6gb. But honestly I'm here to get your opinion.
