Im looking to get a single fan All-in-one to go on a Corsair HG10. I would like to know what the differences are between the H45, H55, H60, H75 and H80i v2 are. I dont want to spend more money than i need to but I am happy to pay what is needed for a quiet cooler and good temperatures. The graphics card I wish to cool is a reference GTX 780Ti which gets very loud and quite warm after a couple hours of gaming. Also I am not looking to buy a new card as I will use the cooler in future builds and I am happy with the performance of the 780Ti but wish to keep the noise down. Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking to get a water cooler for my reference GTX 780Ti as it gets very hot and very loud after long gaming sessions. I have looked at the Corsair HG10 but I don't know the difference between the H45, H55, H60, H75 and H80i. All these coolers seem to be very similar with 120mm fans but I'm guessing the difference lies in the pump. Any suggestions? p.s. I have looked at the NZXT option but I dislike the look of the bracket they use, however could I use an NZXT Kraken with the Corsair HG10? Thanks!

So ive been having cooling issues with my R9 390X and i was considering water cooling it, i found the HG10 and i was considering buying it but on the Corsair website it lists compatibility with the 290X but not the 390X. would it still work for my 390X? Hi ltt forum, once again I need your help because (sorry for my bad english) I don't know if I would be better off getting a ssd (and install windows) or ruducing the cpu and/or gpu noise by installing closed loops(+ 1 gh10 n980 for my gpu) Budget: 200€ Corrent build: -i5 4670k @4.2ghz + cooler evo 212 (with 2 fans) -16gb ram ddr3 1600mhz -Gtx 980ti reference -1x hdd 1tb 7200 rpm -etc (I'll be home in couple of days for more details if needed) Main pc uses: Gaming, sometimes video/photo editing. Why I was thinking about a ssd: Last week I realized I only had 30gb left on my Hdd because it was full of junk... After deleting and transefing many files, my hard disk has once again ~550gb free (and ~400 used by data). Since my hard disk uses only 400gb now, I thought i could get a 500gb ssd and clone my hhd ending up with a faster(I guess) pc boot and larger (somewhat needed) storage space. Question: Would my pc and overall experience benefit from a ssd? Possible buys: Crucial mx300 525gb + cables= ~145€ Samsung 850 500gb + cables= ~165€ Crucial mx300 750gb + cables= ~200€ (Maybe 750gb is a bit too much for me plus i would have no money left) Why I was thinking about closed loops: I'm pretty happy with my cpu temps and the fans on the evo 212 (2 noctuas) aren't that loud but still a bit annoying when I (not very often) go to sleep with my pc on (downloading stuff). On the other hand, my 980 ti gets REALLY loud (I use afterburn to set a custom fan curve and I always run the card with +200 in clock and memory)when playing more demanding games (fallout,bf,gta...)maintaining decent temps. Question: Since i'm pretty ok with my cpu and gpu temperatures, are closed loops going to lower the noise at the same or lower temperatures? Possible buys: Hg10 n980+1/2 hydro h60 OR 1/2 h55 OR 1/2 h45*=190-200€ (buying from different stores *1/2=both for gpu and cpu or 1 model for gpu and 1 other for cpu Rejected ideas: 250gb ssd + watercooling cpu OR gpu ->low ssd capacity 500gb ssd + watercooling cpu ->low end watercooler One day I'm probably going to get both the option... but for now...(since I have no idea what are the actual pros and cons)Which one would be a better or smarter choice: faster and bigger storage OR cooler and quieter pc? Hello guys, I just got a Corsair HG10 N980 (on a Zotac 980 Ti AMP! Edition) and a H80i with two Noctua NF-F12 fans. Was hoping that this would get some cooling improvements over the stock setup, but I'm getting idle temps of 33 degrees Celsius and 82 degrees Celsius during full load (The Division, Rise of Tomb Raider...). Just wondering if anyone has got any experience with this? Is this considered normal? On its original air cooler, the maximum it will go is about 72 degrees C. Thanks for reading!

Okay so I've been searching for an exact answer to this question, as well as a bunch of other people seem to be across the internet in the dozens of forums I've visited. I've seen yes and no answers and hopefully someone here knows for sure. Do either the corsair HG10 or the NZXT kraken g10 work with the r9 390 reference? I've seen a few people say yes cause a lot of 290 waterblocks work with the 390 but seem people have said no cause of components getting in the way. I have an xfx r9 390 thats getting a bit louder then I would like with the cranking up to keep it cool and with a few old AIO's laying around it would be an easy solution for I don't want to waste 40 bucks on the HG10/G10 if it isn't going to fit. HAAAALP.

Hi guys, I've been meaning to install the HG10 on my 290x for awhile now but was wondering if it would be compatible with the h100i? Specifically with the rad still mounted on the top of my PC case which is a Corsair Obsidian 650d. The h100i is curretly cooling my CPU atm, and I'd rather not spend any more money on another AIO cooler. Any help or input is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am going to get the HIS reference 290X and also the Corsair HG10 GPU cooling bracket with an H60 (To be upgraded soon). What kind of overclock can I expect to get from it and also how much power would two of these in CF consume? Also, does it make sense to get the H60 or is it not powerful enough? Thanks, Jakob

Hey everyone, first post on LTT! I recently picked up two Corsair HG10 brackets for my reference R9 290's, as well as a pair of Corsair H75 coolers. After doing some research, I have heard many reviews of the HG10 being poor in keeping those VRM temps down. I am a bit timid to install these to say the least, but will likely go through with it. What I would like to know is if anyone has come up with an mods/solutions to help cool the backplate - which is solely in charge of dissipating that VRM heat with help from the reference blower. The NZXT Kraken G10 uses a fan directly above the VRM chip area to help move air across the backplate. Has anyone come across or developed their own mods on the Corsair HG10 to help keeps those temps down, or is the reference blower as good as it's going to get? (Heat sink chips on the backplate?, fans?, etc) Thanks a bunch guy! Jared (Everything is going into an NZXT Switch 810 Case)

Hello, I got my two H90s today in the mail because I'll be putting them on my 780 Ti reference cards once the Corsair HG10 N1 edition comes out. I just wanted to test these coolers for leaks or at least make sure they aren't faulty before I put them in my system. I am using an external 850 watt power supply to test these coolers to see if they work but when I plug the two pumps in via molex to 2 pin fan header the power supply continuously clicks on and off. The power supply came from an Alienware Aurora R3 that my friend had before he built his own PC. There was nothing wrong with the Alienware, he just wanted to build his own PC so we scrapped some parts from the Alienware and I got him to give me the power supply. I read in the H90's manual and it says that the pump has to be plugged in to either a 3 pin or a 4 pin fan header so I am guessing there is some voltage issue going on. After reading that, I decided to plug the H90s into 3 pin headers on my system's motherboard and they both work fine this way. I can feel the pump working by feeling the top of the water block and the hoses and my power supply is not clicking on and off. Plus, I tested my Swiftech H240-X that I got for Christmas by plugging them into the Alienware power supply the same way I did the H90s and it worked fine. Could it be some kind of voltage problem with these specific coolers? Or are both of these new coolers faulty somehow? If it is the problem, did I cause any damage to the pumps by plugging them in? And can you explain why the pump needs at least a 3 pin connection (just for future reference)? I posted this on the Corsair user forums but I'm getting like one response per day and I know you guys respond quickly so I figured I'd post here too. Thanks in advance.

The short story is that I'm looking to get some water cooling in my system for my GPU. The long story is I'm too broke to get a really nice full custom liquid system, so I'm thinking about using Corsair's new HG10 A1 cooling bracket and a new, probably Corsair so I know it 100% works with the bracket, pre-filled liquid cooling block. If I can get something like that working then I will only be spending about what a decent water block for just my GPU will cost me. My main concern and what I want to discuss is does anyone have a Corsair pre-filled CPU cooler, and do you think it would reach from a GPU to the front or top of a standard mid-tower case? I already have a single 120mm rad connected to my CPU and mounted on the rear of my case so I can't really use the rear fan mount for the GPU, and the cooler I have won't work with the GPU bracket because it uses AMD only mounting hardware since it's an AMD branded pre-filled block that comes with their CPU's. OR does anyone maybe have the bracket and know of another good cooler to recommend that would reach all the way to my GPU from the top or front of a mid sized case. For reference. As far as I know the cooler bracket uses Intel mounting hardware on the cooling block. The GPU will be mounted in the top slot of my motherboard so it is as close to the top of the case as it's going to get. Okay, now I have an Enthoo Luxe case. My cpu is being cooled by a H100i. My GTX 980 will be getting a HG10 and another AIO by corsair. (I would do a custom loop but im too lazy and I need something quick and simple) What would be the best: Cooler for the GTX 980 (single rad 140mm/120mm), best placement for radiators? Current Setup of cooling Possibilities Let me know suggestions for intake/exhaust, and radiator placement. THANKS! (I swear I think i post my stupid questions on here almost daily) Also, sorry if this is a bit more of an Aircooling question. I will eventually go into watercooling when I save up some money and have time to get it all done.
