To begin this, I've been using my mom's PC since we moved back from New York. I recently downloaded a mod for GTA5 called FiveM (GTA5 Multiplayer). I began experiencing crashes with FiveM since I got it, mostly saying "NVIDIA GPU Driver Issues" but my GPU doesn't struggle and is fine with other games and GTA itself. Sometimes it's a dll error or an exe error. I'll provide some crash dumps from some crashes I've received. On top of these crashes, sometimes they happen when I'm playing and then will crash again immediately as I'm on the FiveM menu. On 3 cases now, I've had a BSOD in the middle of a session on FiveM. I have two photos of bsods and their error codes. I don't think it's my hardware but rather something with my system vs FiveM because I also discovered that FiveM's diagnostic tool doesn't prompt a text file as it should when you run it. When I ran a dll scan or whatever (sfc /scannow) and another command (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth) which I will provide results with in photos below too. Well, we (a FiveM Discord member and I) thought maybe it was just missing dlls but just today, I crashed a few times again and received my 3rd bsod. I began to dig further into some tools windows 10 has and I found Event Viewer and another one that scans for errors. I'll provide screenshots for those. The Event Viewer screenshot is filtered to critical errors which show 64 total critical errors. I'm trying a method presented by a YouTube video on an error for ID 41 but I'm not sure if it will exactly work. Any thoughts or ideas?

Topic:- How through which Softwares tools to retrieve BIOS errors history from bios events logs? As in my office there are 60 desktop pc of amd Ryzen 7 2700x 3700x 3800x with b450 x470 x570 b550 Asus gigabyte MSI motherboards all have UEFI BIOS and RTX 3070 RTX 3090 RTX 2080ti graphic cards used for 3d graphic designing animation video editing and used day and night for designing editing work. Operators and designers are not aquaent with hardware. Now many time due to Heavy usage the BIOS or Windows gives errors if overheating of CPU processors RAM or GPU graphic card or any system problems. I want to get the past history of such errors in BIOS PCs occurred so I have searched and finded that generally BIOS to gives errors of overheating overclocking fan errors while booting In POST . I founded about BIOS Events which records BIOS errors in some queries in some forums websites. If yes, then do UEFI or any BIOS events log is saved somewhere, where it is saved in chip or HDD... if yes then how can we retrieve such information from BIOS? Hello, this is my first post on the LTT Forums. In the near future I will most likely be producing and live streaming a few events within the UK. I've already given this a lot of thought and looking at different angles via multiple cameras is something I'm going for. I already know how to set all this up to achieve the looks I want. My question is what limitations does HDMI have both HDMI to HDMI and Micro-HDMI to HDMI? How far can it run without needing an amp? and will gold plated endings make that much difference for a live stream of an event looking to be watched back after it is all over? Many Thanks

Hey ^.^ I'm starting to get into the production side of things, like going to events and giving live streams, interviews, coverage ect. I've already asked a question on the lengths of HDMI cables and have already had a hard time finding one that is long enough. My original Idea was to have GoPro's for the static shots and 1 or two better cameras for the interviews / live coverage. So do I have a few questions for you lot 1. What would be the best capture device either internal or external to capture at least 2 GoPro's (will defiantly be expanding in the future) 2. For the other cameras, I'd be looking for something that isn't too expensive but does the Job. I'd also be looking to attach a shotgun mic (I'm confident I can find somewhere) and possibly 2 lavalier microphones. 3. What would be the best way to capture the camera(s) you suggested above? Either HDMI? SDI Video Input? If there is anything else you can recommend with networking or anything like that feel free to do so. I'd be using OBS-Studio to put everything together and then send it out. I do have to go for a little while but I'll look forward to reading the responses when I get back

The title pretty much says it all. But "What are you excited for in 2015?". Is their anything coming out in the coming year you are particularly interested in? Personally, I can't wait for Windows 10 to come out, the Linus Media Group to get their New Office and for 4K Screens to become cheaper.

There is alot going on when it comes to computer components these days. But what can we as consumers expect for the future of the PC component industry. Im going to go through the facts to show you what you can expect for the near and even not so near future. Let us first think of what the current state of the market is before we examine thee future. There are an estimates 76 million computer sales in the world quarterly (for those non-buissness folk a quarter are three month periods for companies to report their financial earnings), taking that out of context you would say that seems like alot of silicon, and when we consider that every computer was distributed by hundreds if not thousands of retailers worldwide, we begin to see the scope of the PC market. Now when I say that this 76 million computers is 14 percent down from previous years, that is something totally different. But what is happening here? It would be easy to say that, ohh everyone has a computer these days, thats why sales are down, nobody needs one anymore. But that's simply not true, especially if we consider that the rate in which computers are replaced. Crucial (yes the RAM company) did a survey which polled 1000 users age 16-70, over half said that a computer should last over 3 years, but on average computers are replaced ever 4.5 years. But if computers are being replaced regularly, than what is really causing a decline in sales. It would seem that there is another culprit: the tablet. The tablet has become extremely popular in the past few years causing the market for pc's to plummet, in fact tablet sales are coming ever closer to total pc sales at 45 million tablets sold in quarter three of last year. So what does this mean for the average linus tech tips forum member? It would be easy to simply say that because of tablet sales, companies wouldn't be willing to invest in the DIY community, but that isn't really the case. Component vendors certainly do earn a lot from the consumer market like Asus which reported 3 million tablet sales which they associate with their increase in total earning for the quarter. However there are many vendors such as intel, which, lets face it, is produces parts for everything, which still make enough profits through the DIY pc market that they see no end to the sale of socketed cpu sales in the future. If companies as large as intel can afford to supply the DIY community than we can assume that there are many other companies that also have this kind of support for our community. Because of this i can only see the component market growing as the demand of games and other applications increases and the consoles age to raise the need for high end pc's for gaming. So I think the future of the PC market looks bright although tablets decrease sales of pc's the market for components seems un-effected when we look at companies such as nvidia that have seen an increase in profits in the last year.

Hi guys so I am always trying to find events for gaming and computer related stuff, similar to Computex, PAX Pime, E3, ComiCon etc. Yet I never hear about them until AFTER they happen. I keep searching for event lists but they are always from like 2009. So can you guys please help? I REALLY want to go to events like the ones previously listed, and those are pretty much the only ones I know about. So can someone link me a calendar for gaming events or LAN events in California? Or maybe you just know about some coming up? Thank you very much.
