I've recently bought my first 4k tv, an LG C1, awesome tv, but i've noticed that the audio is not good enough (i have to constantly turn the volume to 70-80% and even then the voices are low in comparison), so i am looking at either a soundbar or bookshelf speakers, my 2 main options at the moment are: VIZIO M-Series 5.1 M51ax-J6 Edifier S1000MKII Honestly i don't have too much experience so i would like to read your comments, which one is the best, do i need for example an amplifier to connect the speakers to the TV?, other options. Will the 5.1 setup on the vizio be much better than the 2.1 on the bookshelf speakers?. Are the dolby atmos, dtx, eARC specifications on the soundbar actually worth it ? I've tried researching about this topic and it looks that soundbars are easier to setup but worse in performance than the speakers, but on the other hand, i have absolutely no idea how amplifiers work or how i should decide one or even IF i need one. It will mainly be used for movies, series, youtube videos and podcasts

Hello, So I ordered Edifier TWS 330 NB Bluetooth earbuds I was using them quite happily, but last night i left the Earbuds box (which holds the buds) on charge and forgot to disconnect it when i went to sleep. When i tired using the earbuds the next day, the left sided earbud did not give any sound I was worried but did not freak out I thought pairing abd unpairing would help. However, when i unpaired from the phone, i could not get the Bluetooth to detect the earbuds again I have tried everything but so far i have been unable to detect, let alone use my earphones again with my phone I am now freaking out What could be the reason of this happening ? Did the overnight charging fry the earphones ? Are TWS earphones that fragile to overcharging ? I am very confused and perturbed about this I am using Realme 5 as my phone Please kindly help me out, as i am a student and cannot afford another pair of these earbuds I am really worried, any help will be greatly appreciated !

So about a month ago, I decided to up my speaker system. I had the Logitech z506, but I use my speakers mostly for music (for gaming I have a headset). After searching for a while on what options I had (according to international reviewers), I then looked at my budget and what was available in my country, and decided to purchase the Edifier Luna eclipse e35 speakers in red. First impression: Sexy AF. Good looking speakers. Shape is quite unique (at least for me), and the finish on them is amazing. Great packaging, and the cloth sleevings to protect them while shipping is a HUGE plus. Inside the box we find all the essentials: The two speakers (duh), a remote controller, 3.5 mm aux cable to connect to your device, and a proprietary cable that connects the left speaker to the right one. It also includes a microfiber cloth, and the user manual. Setting up the speakers: Pretty straight forward. If you've ever setup two speakers before. Other than that, no drivers or anything. Just plug and play. Audio quality: Great bass, the tweeters provide good highs, but the mids are kinda-sorta-pretty much- not really there. The speakers sound range is a "V" style. High bass, high well... Highs, and the mids are lower. Controller: 3 buttons; On/Off, Volume up, Volume down. With that order. Minimal design, feels kinda flimsy but it's good. It does it's job. Other features: Bluetooth, and touch sensitive buttons on the right speaker that do the same exact job as the remote controller. Bluetooth is a great feature that I missed not having on the Z506's, and the power LED changes from red to blue to let you know you're going wireless. However, the audio quality has a albeit slight, a noticeable drop in audio quality (makes sense). As for the touch sensitive buttons on the right speaker, I avoid them like the plague. The speakers are fingerprint super electromagnets. Hence, the microfiber cloth that they give you. I keep the controller next to my keyboard, have the audio on the speakers just above the middle, and control the volume via my keyboard (has audio roller thingy). Nit picky things I don't like/would have done differently: Huge temptation to touch the speakers while music is playing, and you can visibly see the oscillation occurring (don't touch the tweeter, don't touch the tweeter, don't touch the tweeter...). If you have music playing from your PC, and you open the Bluetooth on your cell and connect to the speakers, they prioritize Bluetooth over the 3.5 mm aux cable. Would have added a fourth button on the controller for Bluetooth/aux. Final thoughts: Compact and affordable, they have a great price to quality ratio, and they are a solid purchase in my book. Other than the minor complaints I have about them, they are great. For there size, quite loud. Clean looks (no huge logos on the front, matte finish up front, glossy color on the rest), and with a few colors to choose, they will accent your build perfectly.

I currently own a Creative T6300 Which is a 5:1 Speaker system that i have hooked up with my pc. This one costs around 70 bucks and to be honest i bought into the 5:1 SURROUND system on a whim and i rarely use all 5 speakers. So i decided to sell this one and buy a 2:1 or a 2:0 speaker which is more practical for my needs and usage. It's important to point out that: 1. I use the speakers mostly for listening to music. 2. I do casual gaming with the speakers on and use headsets for competitive games. 3. I'm not a bass head so moderate amount of bass is acceptable 4, All i have is 100 bucks to spend on audio devices. i'm currently looking at the Edifier R1280T 2:0 bookshelf speakers. http://www.edifier.com/int/en/speakers/studio-1280t-2.0-powered-bookshelf What i want to know is that are these good quality ones that will last some time? Are these good for gaming and Music? Will i need to buy amps or DACs to drive these?

Hello! I'm in need of a new headset and I just found these two Edifier Headsets for a really similar price so I want to know which one is the best. I have a broken Edifier K800, my chair wheels got tangled and broke one of the wires so the speakers do not work but the mic does. I loved these while they were properly working, nice sound and comfortable, but I just found a store that its price is really close to another one that appears to be better but I don't know, since I know almost to nothing about sound specs, so I need your help. Edifier K800 Edifier K830 Thanks for the attention!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a speaker set for my PC. I had a Logitech Z333, was good. (I bought an Edifier M3600D but it has a crackling sound from reflex port ( only occours in the 20-40Hz range, with even not so big volume), so I'm a bit unsatisfied (other than that, it's a good speaker), trying to replace it, unless it is proven that I'm doing something wrong (or I should not except more in this price range?)). My budget is around 150 Euros. I like powerful bass. I was looking at sets myself ( I don't really know how these systems work, I just love bass.): -Logitech Z623 (Z625) 2.1, 200W, THX -Logitech Z2300, 2.1, 200W, THX -Edifier R2730DB, 2.0, 136W For me the Edifier seems to be BIG (I have no idea how and where will I be able to place it). Can anyone help me decide, or suggest any system, wich is: -In price range -Has good bass -Not monster big (placeable on desk or similar) Thank everyone in anticipation.

So, I'm using this HP 14 R103TX, a low-med budget laptop from 2015. I'm looking for speakers and found this Edifier R1280T. Is it too much for the laptop to handle? Does cheap and expensive laptop (from same brand ex: HP vs HP) have different audio output quality?

I'm researching around for a nice pair of computer / bookshelf speakers. I was initially going to go with the Z623s but it seems the consensus is, if you have the space for bookshelf, bookshelf will always sound better. Is that true? I feel like I opened the holy grail of audio tbh, since no one ever recommends bookshelf speakers, but I realised there is actually no difference at all. The only downside is that it might not be practical for those who don't have sufficient desk space. On that note, I researched around for a pair of bookshelf speakers that will not break the bank, and so far I have seen the edifier 1280db. If I was going to really stretch the dollar, I might be able to get something like the edifier r1850db or r1700bt. Is that a good pair of bookshelf speakers at its price point? Or do you guys have other recommendations? I would be open to all suggestions, since I'm really new. Thanks!

Both Edifier R1850DB and Edifier USA M3600D are similarly priced. R1850DB has bluetooth and M3600D has a subwoofer and is more powerful. In terms of sound quality, which among this two would be the best? I would use them to listen to music and watch movies. 1) https://www.amazon.com/Edifier-R1850DB-Bookshelf-Speakers-Bluetooth/dp/B073W1R4XQ/ 2) https://www.amazon.com/Edifier-USA-M3600D-Multimedia-Speaker/dp/B07BLZVT6D

For years now I've been using my All-in-One's built-in speakers and I have just bought a discrete pair of speakers (Edifier R19U). They connect via USB and when I plug them in, they immediately take over. So, I was watching YouTube in Chrome and I wanted to compare the two sets of speakers, so I went into Windows settings and changed the output device from the Edifer to Realtek, and it changed normally. But then I was listening to music on iTunes, and I wanted to do the same but when I changed the output device to Realtek it just kept on playing out of the Edifier. I tried it again with YouTube and it worked fine. Can someone tell me how I can make sure the audio output changes always? I need to be able to use my headphones (changing to Realtek) without having to unplug the speakers.

Hi everybody, Last year i bought a pair of Edifier S1000db speakers. They sound great and i am overall happy with them but i noticed that it randomly starts doing a weird "crackling" or "popping" sound. My setup consists of the Edifier speakers connected to the TV (Samsung UE43J5500) which is connected via HDMI to a PS4. The problem appears randomly when i am listening to music from TV or playing games on the PS4. I even connected the speakers to a laptop via an external audio card (Asus Xonar U7) and it is doing the same thing. From what i've noticed when i connect the speakers to my phone via bluetooth it doesn't make those sounds. I have uploaded a recording of the crackling sound that comes up while listening to music on the PS4. Thanks for the help! Audio.mp3

Sorry for the poor array of speakers up for selection here, but which one would you guys recommend? https://us.creative.com/p/speakers/creative-pebble https://www.edifier.com/int/en/speakers/r19u-compact-2.0-usb-speakers Also, I'm a bit concerned regarding the connections on these 2 speakers. Currently, I'm running an extension 3.5mm out of the back of my PC, where I plug in my earphones. If I were to plug in the speakers to the back of my computer instead, I would be losing the green (audio out) port. I would then have no place to plug in my earphones. This is a bummer, since the speakers don't offer the option of plugging in earphones straight to them. Any solutions / suggestions? From what I've seen so far, it seems like the edifier one allows me to get audio from computer using usb only. This would be great since I can then plug in my phone when I want to as well, and listen music from there. And it also frees up the green port so I can continue using it for my earphones. Does creative allow this as well? Sorry for so many questions, hope someone can help out here. Also, I would be willing to hear any other suggestions for speakers you guys might have. Thanks!

Hey guys, Recently i've been thinking about upgrading my work desk. Initially i wanted to keep the sub woofer of my speaker(Edifier P2060) on the floor but now i want to mount it under the desk. I was planning on fixing them with some custom clips with vibration absorbing materials. I tested the sub at that particular height and it didn't sound bad at all. I don't create music, i just listen and wanted to keep it above the ground. Any suggestions on how i should proceed with the idea?

Been looking for speakers for while now as of now i'm just using sub $100 speakers for like 4 years now and they pretty much sound muddy and gets distortion(logitech z213). Right now i'm looking at those three speakers any idea which one sounds better overall. dont want anything with the sub as it takes up more space then i want

I have a 2.1 Speaker from Edifier. Sometimes the left speaker is working but most of the time it wont. The speakers are connected to the bass and the bass is connected at the back of the computer. When I try to unplug the jack connecting the speakers and bass and try to put it in just a little. Sometimes I get sound from the left speaker and the right speaker gets no sound. That's all i know. I've tried twisting the cables while properly plugged in to check if maybe the connection from the wires inside just got cut. But there are no changes with any twist I do so maybe the problem is not wiring.. Please help me. Or give me advice on what could possibly the problem is. Thanks a lot!

I have both Sound Blaster ZXR and Edifier S730. Before opening Sound Blaster I want to make sure it will support my speaker setup. Can I use optic/optical or Digital Coaxial with my Speakers? Anyone know if I can use either cable with SB and S730 speakers?

Approximately half a year ago I felt that the time was right to buy a new speaker set, since I was always using my Sennheiser HD 598 headphones when on my PC. Don't get me wrong, the headphones are great, but when watching movies or playing my favourite gsmes I still like to have a nice set of speakers. With headphones like these you get some amazing sound and clarity, but the "table-shaking" bass simply cannot be achieved with headphones. So I went looking for a good set of speakers for a reasonable price (€75 - €150). I didn't want to spend too much, since they would be for on my desk and not in the living room. At first I didn't really know what to look for. I thought that a 5.1 set from Logitech would be a good option, but I didn't really want so many speaker on my desk, especially because of the cable mess and the hassle of installing it all. Also, most of these sets are not quality-made and are almost entirely made of plastic. A 2.0 or 2.1 set, then. I had been looking around a bit for an active set. (obviously) Unfortunately, there aren't many active 2.0 sets on the market. Most of them are 2.1 with two tiny satellite speakers for on the desk and a massive sub woofer. Though, for a price like this, it's hard to find a set with reasonable build quality. Luckily, I came across this set from Edifier. I had never heard of the brand, but I seemed that the internet was mostly positive about them, so I just went ahead and bought the pair. Quality The speakers are made of wood and are very well finished. The build quality is truly exceptional for the price. They have a decent weight, which gives the feeling of a well built product. Both drivers are magnetically shielded, to prevent any unnecessary distortion. Looks Out of the box there is a piece of cloth on the the speakers, which gives the set a simple, yet elegant look. This way, it's just a set of bookshelf speakers. If you take the cloth off, which is quite easy to do, the speakers look a lot more bad-ass and rough. The metal around the drivers is nicely finished and it's been Edifier's goal to make the speakers look good either way, awesome. On the bottom of the speakers you can find four rubber feet. These are there to prevent the speakers from moving around and they also help isolating noise and vibrations from passing to the surface they're standing on. Knobs On the right side of the right speaker there are three knobs. One for treble, one for bass and one for volume regulation. De knobs feel well-made and are not too easy to move. They're just right. The finish on the piece of plastic surrounding the knobs is of decent quality and the surface almost perfectly connects to the wood. Connections All the connections are to be found on the back of the right speaker. There's one permanently attached power cord, an on-off switch and two RCA connections. One RCA to 3.5mm jack conversion cable comes in the box and is about 1m long. This means that the speakers can be connected to just about anything. There are two connections, so you can, for example, hook up a desktop and a laptop at the same time, without having to switch cables all the time. Of course there's a cable included to connect the left speaker to the right one. This cable is definitely long enough for any desk, since it's quite long. Performance Even though they might look great in a living room, I wouldn't put them there to be honest. Because the right speaker houses a 32W amplifier, both channels only have 16W to work with. This means that you can't blow up the drivers, which is nice, but it also means that the pair won't go house-shakingly loud. For on a desk it's more than far too much, much as it is in most other spaces, but they're just not loud enough to watch a movie and expect the bass to be very impressive in a large living room. (Sitting more than 4 feet from the TV, I would estimate.) -- I'd like to emphasize that they're not quiet by any strech of the imagination. They are loud. Just don't expect to host parties with these speakers alone. -- Sound Quality De audio quality is very good. The 18mm tweater produces very clean, sharp highs and the 120mm woofer produces excellent mids. The bass is fine, but obviously not as extreme as you'd get with a subwoofer. If you turn the bass dial all the way to the right, you will feel the table shaking, a lot. This set might not be the perfect fit for someone who only listens to 'bass-heavy' music and who thinks bass is all that matters, but for most music listening, I feel that the combination of the woofer and the tweater is really good and it suits nearly every music style extremely well. If you'd like to get the most bass, you should face the back of the speakers, where the bass-port is, to a wall or corner. Conclusion All in all I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed by these speakers. The looks really appeal to me, with or without the piece of cloth. The sound quality is amazing, but might lack some bass for very few people, who really can't go without annoying the neighbours. It's a shame that they won't go loud enough to 'feel' the music in a large room, otherwise I'd definitely pick up a second set for next to the TV. So here's the deal: I'm planning to upgrade my audio set up this year. I have an Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard and some no name set of 2.1 speakers that have some kind of interference when i boot up the system unit. (ugh) I have been greatly torn between Edifier S330 and M3300SF. I had no idea about any of these products because of the lack of reviews online. But scouring other forums and expending the whole day..these sets are just about the best I can get for their cost. I plan on getting the S330 or the M3300SF. The dilemma here is "is my onboard sound card (ALC 892) enough for the speakers?" And upon recently watching Linus' video about the Fiio E10, it became just a little bit more complicated to decide. If so could you suggest and ideal setup / giagram of what I could push for. Right now, the proposed setup would be: (1) Soundcard (discrete) -> Edifier speakers (2) Soundcard (onboard) -> Fiio E10 -> Edifier speakers & Headphones Soundcards in question are: Xonar DGX & Xonar DSX what should I go for? thanks!
