I left my pc idle for 2,5 weeks while I got it's windows-boot hard drive for external use. After that, I reinstalled the hard drive on it and after I tried booting it , it didn't post so I removed the graphics card as it tends to cause some issues from time to time because of it's drivers . I used my pc without the GPU ,booted in windows and windows told me that it needed to update with an HP firmware update . Keep in mind that this firmware update might be caused by the fact that I have been using it's hard drive for booting on an HP laptop(HP 255 G8 with radeon R5-3500U to be precise).The update took place and it took a lot of time to post so I held the power button and turned off the pc. After that it didn't ever boot again. To figure out what was going on I used the hard drive with the enclosure to boot on my laptop which was fully successful. Continuing on my pc though wasn't that fortunate. To be more precise I tried to boot it without the hard drive and it didn't post. After some trial and error (such as putting in the GPU and getting it out while using the onboard graphics) I noticed that the CPU EZ Debug Led was on. Lastly, I cleared the CMOS by hitting the button on the rear I/O and with sorting the JBAT1 jumper . Also I removed the BIOS battery for some time and put it back and still no luck. My ram stick was reseated ,still nothing. I didn't reseat my CPU as I left it as a last resort. What do you think that it might happened to my PC ? What are my possible solutions? Is it beneficial if I remove the CPU to maybe check if any pins are bent and/or to reseat it properly. I was playing around in the Ryzen Master driver and turned my memory clock from 1600 to 3000(mine is 3200). The pc restarted and the CPU led turned on. The fans are spinning, but no image.

Hi, I completed a PC build with no issues. All HW listed properly, XMP enabled. Installed Windows 11 and usual updates/drivers. Restarted PC a few times too, no issue. Turning on the PC the next day (~10 hrs after shutdown) and I'm suddenly no able to post and PC is power-cycling, turning itself off and on in a loop. PSU was clicking after a sec before following restart. My MB has status LEDs, DRAM was solid orange. So tried to clear CMOS, tried seating in each RAM separately. Realized PSU not clicking anymore and PC restarts much quicker, right after a second. DRAM light is gone too, but now CPU one is solid orange. Rechecked all cables, tried to swap the CPU cable, even tried to put both 2x2 and 2x4 connectors. Tried to loosen heatsink too just a bit. No change, issue still present. Mobo is on stand-offs, no cables behind. During power-cycling all fans are spining and GPU lights up as well. But I also tried to remove GPU and all peripherals, no difference. Tried to remove front panel connector too, but I'm able to turn PC on by short-circuiting power switch as well. My case/mobo does not have a speaker and there is nothing in manual about troubleshooting besides the mere mention of the existence of those status LEDs. I'm not even really sure if the present CPU LED is indicator of anything as PC is turned on for just a second before next loop, after 3s. No idea how to properly troubleshoot further, especially when the day before was everything ok.. TLDR; PC won't post and is power-cycling (1s on 3s off). At first DRAM status orange LED light on, after CMOS clear the CPU one; all after a day of no issues and Win 11 already running. Hello eveyone! I have a Ryzen 7 1700, msi b350m gaming pro, Ballistix sport 8gb ddr4, gtx 1060 3 gb gigabyte and a cosair vs 550. The problem is that the pc won't boot, when i press the start button each fun start running, all the motherboard's led is on, the "CPU EZ debug LED is on, it mean that the motherboard don't detect the CPU. There is no signal display. I don't know what to do! Please help me (sorry for bad english).

Good evening community, This is my 3rd build in 3 years and never had any problem - thus not a pro but an enthousiast. Just finished the build this afternoon (after waiting for Ryzen 9 3900x to come out of back order) and on first boot (before installing windows 10 - just going into the BIOS/UEFI) : RESULT = CPU RED LED on and obviously the monitor not working!!!!! So, unplugged everything and plugged back in again (listen for all the clicks, etc...); also took the CPU out and put it back in again gently, locked and put gently the cooler on top not to put to much pressure, etc.) and... NO LUCK. And... yes the 8 PIN EPS connector is plugged in (in fact two are plugged in for OC). Everything else lights up and works (GPU - fan working; G.Skill Neo, fans, Mastercooler liquid, etc...). Also, the BIOS LED indicators (MBIOS_LED and BBIOS_LED) are lightning up in an alternative pattern every 15-20 secondes. Any ideas what's going on? I wrote to Gigabyte but will get an answer in 3-7 business days.... Thanks in advance to everyone who will take the time to reply, much appreciated.

Hi! I just got my newly assembled PC from Prime ABGB PVT. LTD. and also they have installed Windows 10 64bit. I have Ryzen 5 1600 processor. My PC just booted for 2 times (1st for them who assembled it and last for me) and after that it is not booting. I have GPU installed and I have also checked my monitor but still I am not getting any signal. PC just starts with all LED fans, CPU, GPU and it is showing CPU Status LED ON. What should I do? I don't know BIOS version with the motherboard shipped to me. Should have use Q+ flash method for flash BIOS? What should I do? Also I am completely noob in PC building.
