Budget (including currency): 0 to 300$ Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to be able to play any game that comes out in the near future with the setup that I'm currently using, but I will try to change out the old Inspiron cpu (i3 8100) and the motherboard so I can have a full good upgrade. (Basically, I want to be able to play Elden Ring at at least a stable 60fps all the time or something and also use whatever productive/high intensive application there is like Blender or video editing or something. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a Dell Inspiron 3670. Or at least I did. Right now all I've done to it is add things. I added an RTX 3060, I changed out the power supply to a 600W one, I added a 500ish GB SATA SSD (am also planning to buy an M.2 one soon), and along with the base 8 GB ram stick that came with it, I added another 8 gb ram stick to the pc that I got sold to me by Dell themselves on the phone. I'm currently looking to buy this new case that's coming out tomorrow. My main priority with the case is that it's a full tower, the biggest size, because I just want to be able to have the biggest and most room to be able to do anything that I would like to the computer whenever I want. The case is my main priority right now, and I'm wondering if the motherboard and just all the parts that I have right now will be able to comfortably fit into it or not, like... do I need a bigger motherboard so that it can actually slot correctly into the case, or.. idrk. I just want to know if switching out everything that's in my current pc into a new case will be good and just general advice. I'm looking for a new cpu that pairs well with my 600W power supply and my rtx 3060 though too, so that would definitely be appreciated. The full tower that I'm interested in buying is a new Antec one that's coming out literally tomorrow and I chose it because I'm pretty sure when I was searching for full towers, I literally couldn't find anything used on ebay nor could I find much other things on amazon so that's why. Hello internet, I have an old antec 1200 case that i am planning to use for a PC build. While planning this all out though i had a few questions i thought best to ask about to see if anyone else ran across this. 1. Does the "middle" internal 120mm fan actually do anything for the pc? - For anyone unfamiliar with the case it basically has a mounting bracket to install a fan on the backside of the harddrive cage. The braket only fits if the cage is left empty so you basically end up with a little tunnel that has a fan on the front of the case blowing air into the empty cage and then a fan within the case itself moving the air from the cage into the main part of the case. 2. I want to install an AIO watter cooler into the new build. The only place one would fit into this case is on the rear fans. Would i be better off turning around all the fans so it sucks air from the back of the case and out the front or will i be OK leaving tje fans in their current orientation and just installing the AIO on the exaust fans? So Im buying a new pc this summer. The specs are not certain but as they sit right now this is what I have in mind: -Either Core i7-9700k or Core i9-9900k -Asus ROG Strix Geforce Rtx 2080 OC -2x8gb Kingston HyperX Predator 3000Mhz RAM - HX430C15PB3K2/16 (Temporary, going to replace it with 4x16gb Kingston HyperX Predator 3200Mhz RAM - HX432C16PB3AK4/64) -Asus ROG Strix Z390-F motherboard -Cooler Master 700W MasterWatt Lite 80 plus bronze - MPX-7001-ACABW -WD 5400rpm 4TB 3.5" HDD - WD40EZRZ -Samsung 970 EVO plus 250gb M.2 SSD -NZXT Kraken x72 360mm Liquid Cooling AIO Loop -Antec Dark Avenger Window RGB case - DA601 Now, with this pc Im gonna be doing lotsa stuff. Streaming, gaming, editing, rendering, programming etc. My first question is: Should I go for the i9 or the i7? Its primary purpose is going to be gaming and streaming, secondary coding, editing and rendering. This might change in the future, but not soon. Second question: Is the Kraken x72 a bit too overkill? Thing is, I live in Serbia, Europe. I cant really order things online since our president is kind of a douchebag. That said, the difference between an x72 and an x62 is over 50 bucks, so it would save me some coin if I were to go for the other one, but I really want my cpu nice and cool. Will an x62 cool the i9 even when its overclocked? Third question: Is this power supply okay? Ive googled it and nothing really came up on the official page so does anyone have it without any problems out there? I cant really tell coz the store Im buying it from doesnt have any reviews and I really want an expirienced person's say in all this. Fourth question: Are 1500rpm okay for the radiator? The nzxt radiators all come with black fans, which is okay but I really want my rig Rgb'd out. Maybe because Im still a kid who just cant get enough unicorn barf left and right but I wanna replace those 2000rpm fans with 1500rpm rgb ones. Now is this a safe move? Will my cpu still be cool even with 1500rpm fans on the radiator? Or should I stick with the ones I have and forget grow up? Final question: Is this case alright? Ive heard reviews talking about how amazing it is and then other reviews saying how its awful and cheap! Its almost incredible how opposing the reviews are on this thing, I havent really seen anything like it yet.. So please if anyone has this case, what is your opinion?

CPU i7 4790k GPU MSI GTX 980 MOBO H97 SSD 250gb no brand Ram 8gb idk brand Case Antec 1100V2 i just would like to know how i would run the game maxed 1080p locked at 60 fps

I built a XP Gaming rig for old games. I wanted no drop in frames. I also wanted to have EAX support though a Digital Output. I used newer and older hardware. I have: A crappy 300 watt Lite On PSU E8500 Intel CPU running @ 3.16GHz Because yeah Core 2 Duo Asus duel fan 750TI (powerful as hell with Direct X 9c in Windows XP G Skill Memory running at 1333 MHz which is supported on the old MoBo Asrock G41C-GS R2.0 Motherboard 1 TB 2.5 inch hard drive from a Seagate portable HDD. Cheap/works A somewhat simple system. Also having some generic HP DVD/CD writer. It has cable may ham. Only because I plan to change the PSU to a Corsair VS-500 that is more appropriate. Cables are all over. Also because I have a Duel Molex to 6 pin PCIe adapter that should not be. I could not get other pictures of the sound card and RAM. case is too small to get a good shot of that. It does run cool. No heat issues. Oh, it does run Crysis and GTA 3,4, and Lost Episodes. I have yet to test out the Digital Out on my Sound card with my 7.1 surround receiver. I am waiting an a 3.5mm jack to RCA adapter so I can connect the Digital IO to the Receiver and be able to decode Dolby Digital and DTS from it. It does support full SPDIF. Also sounds awesome if I remember right. The Mother board also supports Floppy. Funny what Asrock did. Some of the problems I had where from not reading the Manual. There was a jumper to adopt 1333 MHz memory. I was having stability issues till moved the jumper. After that it seems to run fine. Just a cheap ordinary build from yesterday and today. I might also install a 64 bit OS. Maybe Windows 7 and upgrade to Windows 10. I think that it can still be done. It would give the best of both worlds. Also justify the 8 GB of Memory.
