So, here's the short of it. I just got an ASUS PG279Q today. Using it as my main monitor with my old monitors, 2x Dell U2412H being either side, one on the left and one on the right.
How, if I'm entering a FULLSCREEN game (not windows, not borderless fullscreen) and the game does some resolution or refresh rate changes, the both the MAIN MONITOR (the PG279Q) and the RIGHT MONITOR (one of the U2414H) both flicker.
Now I understand this is normal for the main monitor as it's changing some settings, but I am unsure as why it happens on the right monitor, especially as it DOESN'T happen on the left monitor. Now, after a heap of testing (changing HDMI cables, which ports it's plugged into the graphics card, switching monitor positions etc.) I've determined that which ever monitor is designated DISPLAY #3 in Windows, is the monitor this happens to.
Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening and how I can stop it?
