    I mean, COVID has created a dystopian reality worldwide.  There have been whole articles written about it already!

     

    People love to harp on the death toll and case numbers but the impact of COVID reaches so much further than that.  Unemployment is ridiculous in many places.  The global economy is crippled.  Small businesses are falling apart.  For many, isolation hurts more than the virus does.  People have learned perseverance and have somewhat gotten used to the current state of the world, but so much about this is just wrong.  This is a war.  We will talk about this even as our current generation dies off far in the future.
