HarborTekDan's Achievements

  1. This case would be perfect for custom water cooling a mini itx
  2. so a couple hours later my computer blue screened. I had like 4 twitch streams open in chrome an nothing else running,
  3. so i set my ram to your suggestion it is stable and gained 2fps in grid 2
  4. the ram is labeled 1.6v Timing 11-11-11-30 2133 my mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128659
  5. I plan on adjusting GRID's settings to a playable FPS later.
  6. so to make things simple i did them in two steps. I set the GPU to 900mhz ran GRID 2's benchmark. average fps went from 15 to 17 then i went an set my ram to 1.65v an its native speed 2133 opened up GRID 2 then it crashed. So I set the ram back to 1.5v and 1600 the GPU is still at 900mhz an stable
  7. well the mobo has the ram running at 1600 1.5v but the ram is meant to run at 2133 1.6v I want to overclock the CPU
  8. Hey there! AMD 7850k 4x4gb G.Skill Snipers 1.6v 2133 corsair h105 with SP fans in push So this is what I am running.^^^^^ The photo is my bios at default. I need to overclock my ram an apu, i have never done it before and i keep running into crashes also is 43c normal? that seems 5c hotter then normal for idle..... Can you guys help me out?
  9. When it comes to their high end stuff they like to expand on the pcb, I think its just to create more room for the third fan of the windforce cooler and a bit more power delivery. ya putting the cables up high was already part of the plan. I figured i'd take a shot in the dark to see if I could come across anything.
  10. I am buying a Gigabyte R9 280X OC Windforce and really want a back plate for it. They are really long cards an i want to get a long use out of the card. so i figured a back plate would help with drooping and protecting the pcb. Windforce cards are typically longer an not close to reference cards. Can anyone point me to a back plate that will work?
  11. Still haven't been able to get a stable overclock on anything. I am obviously missing something....
  12. Today is the day. I ran everything smooth after a reset of the bios. So I am going to try an overclock nice an slow.
  13. already ladies an gents. Its a new day, specifically my day off. I ran my computer all day with everything reset. It was more then fine. Now I will be trying to OC very slowly step by step.
