At least you are not getting insane temps.

Its under reasonable range with such high voltage applied to 3770K.

Okay, I'll buy the Noctua NH-U14S becuase it bothers me that I have to mount the H100i in my Coolermaster CM Scout 2 externally (like in the Build Log of Linus). The H100i has better performance but I think the Noctua is more quiet and has enough performance to OC my 3770k a bit to 4.4 GHz.

    Thanks for all replys!

hi. i am a very satisfied owner of H100i which i got last week. been looking around for a good cooler for my i7 4770K which u should know is a frying pan. its temps are way beyond what i imagined! temps are like hottest of ivy+15C! yes its that high! but the H100i surprised me when it comes to cooling. i have just tried to overclock to 4.3 and u know what the temps are only 2 to 3C more than at turbo when not over clocked. to me i think its great success of H100i!

and btw if u dont mess around with the pump settings and u have a nice ambient temp and also u have configured the internal fan installations properly, h100i is a great option! i would recommend it to u any time with full confidence over h100i! and as far as leakage, build quality of h100i is sturdy and solid. its CORSAIR so u can expect a lot from its quality.
go for H100i. its not only a sick performer but also a great looking cooler with adjustable led light on the water block which looks cool

All the AIO solutions have pump noise, the H220's stock pump speed is noisy, but it can be lowered. It is the best common form-factor cooler though.
The H110 is amongst the most silent AIO coolers (but still louder than air coolers). Something like a NH-D14 would be more comparable to (or even better than) a dual 120mm AIO, so if you don't mind the bulk, get that instead.

I would say the noctua one. You also don't have to risk leakage with air coolers.

At higher overclocks, the H100i will pull a bigger lead than it already has over the Noctua. If sound really matters, look at different AIO solutions.

Also less maintenance and a lower chance of breaking over a longer period of time, if it does break then it costs more to replace the water cooler then to simply replace a fan. Im a fan of air cooling, get it fan hahaah.

Mainly because you don't have to think about it. You don't need to be worried about leakage.

There's next to no risk of leak with current AIO coolers. They're pretty sturdy unless you throw them around.

You may want to change the dual 7970 to dual 680, they yeld the same performance with less stuttering. Until an official driver is released.
