  1. I never claimed it was realistic to max out any game. I just said that a 780 being overkill isn't true. Sure it may be more economical to go for lower cards, but that is besides the point I was trying to make. You're obviously free to have your own opinion on the matter, I'll still stand by mine, though.
  2. BF4 is only one game. Sure I can easily run BF4 on ultra with my 780, but I have plenty of games where I can't. Saying 780 is overkill for 60Hz is simply wrong, unless you don't mind turning down settings. @Blackhawk PC Mind you, it is possible that a monitor upgrade would be worth more to you. That is something only you can know, though. Personally, I would get the monitor first and then save for a future generation GPU. I love my 120Hz monitor and I probably wont go back to 60Hz anytime soon.
  3. I usually change my keyboard backlight to match my builds. In my previous build it was blue, now it is red. Basically, I need the Corsair RGB Backlit keyboard (I want to transition into mechanical keyboards, I've always just used membrane ).
  4. Honestly, the only thing I really want from a monitor right now, is G-sync or similar technologies. Out of the options I would probably go with 1440p 120/144Hz though. Preferably with a high quality TN panel, but this is just a side thing. If only the ROG Swift wasn't so expensive.

I know, but he would need to get another motherboard as well, to get the full benefit of the K edition.

That would be pointless, as he has no plans of overclocking and he is running an H97 motherboard. As for the build, for the games listed you should be absolutely fine with the build in the OP. As mentioned I would recommend getting an SSD as soon as you can, though.
  7. You could always buy an aftermarket monitor arm. You can find them in many different forms, from 1 monitor to 6 monitor support (perhaps more, I haven't seen any though). They usually give you the same features as a good quality stand, with pivot, swivel and height adjust, with even more control if you go for the arm type. This solution requires the monitor to have a Vesa mounting point, though. I don't know if the korean ones support it. Other than that, I don't think you'll find anything but the ones mentioned already.
  8. As long as the largest monitor is the "main" screen and is centered I don't mind, personally. The other way around just looks weird and hurts my OCD. Whats more important to me, is that the bezel looks somewhat similar. I wouldn't be able to handle major differences in color / thickness of the bezel.
  9. You can always go for the 45mm or the 60mm rads instead, you shouldn't need the monsta. Which EK radiators are you looking at? With 2 quads and 1 triple you can go with whatever thickness you want really and still be okay. The length alone is a ton of surface area. Edit: Also, while it is true that more FPI provides more surface area to dissipate the heat with, I would always go for lower FPI thicker radiators, personally. Lower FPI makes it easier for fans to push / pull air through and allows you to run fans with less static pressure and at a lower RPM (for silence).
  10. Alphacool makes some incredible full copper radiators, they are fairly low FPI, but come in thicknesses up to as high as 80mm.
  11. Excellent choice. Your cooling setup looks VERY similar to my planned future setup, in fact it is pretty much exactly what I initially wanted. If only I could find the Bitspower upgrade kits outside of the US. You should have a look at the Bitspower Crystal link for the SLI setup, looks awesome and is clear like your other tubing (you will probably need to buy special fittings for it, as it is hard tube).
  12. I haven't been able to find all 3 of the parts in the UK either, unfortunately. Thanks for the alternative, I'll have a look at them once I get home.
  13. Sorry, I live in Denmark. Completely forgot to mention that. Yeah I have. They only seem to have the mod kit and the reservoir. Overall I've been able to find the mod kit and the pump top, but not the upgrade kit.
  14. Hey guys. I'm currently looking around for custom watercooling components, as I plan to build a loop in the not too distant future. I am, however, having quite a bit of trouble finding the pump+res combination I want. I kind of fell in love with the Bitspower D5 mod kit + pump top + upgrade kit, but I am 100% unable to find anywhere to buy them, unless I'm willing to get it shipped from the US (which I would prefer not to). So my question to you all is this: Do you know of any websites with all 3 of these, in europe? I'm talking about these: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12198/ex-pmp-121/Bitspower_D5_MCP655_Pump_Mod_Kit_-_Matte_Black_BP-D5MA-MBK.html http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14208/ex-pmp-167/Bitspower_D5_MCP655_Pump_Mod_Top_V2_-_Acetal_G14_VersionBP-D5TOPP2-BK.html http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16077/ex-res-370/Bitspower_Dual_Single_D5_Top_Upgrade_Kit_150_-_Black_BP-D5TOPUK150P-BKBKCL.html If not, I wouldn't mind recommendations on a similar pump + res combo. I do have a few requirements, though. It needs to look fairly clean. It also needs to be a tube reservoir with at least 2 ports at the top, one of which needs to have a tube so I can keep the reservoir coolant level above the intake point (no idea what these are called, I think I've heard it called an aquatube in some youtube video). Thanks in advance.
  15. Does it have to be the Asus monitor? I've heard very good things about the Dell UltraSharp 2713HM. It's got pretty similar specs and is about the same price (at least where I live). I don't know if it is actually any better when it comes to the backlight bleed issues, it just seems like less people complain about it with this monitor. (Keep in mind, I have not tried or even seen either of them. I'm just relaying what I've heard other people recommend) I'm worried about the same things right now. I've also been looking to buy the PB278Q, but the reactions are pretty mixed. Youtube reviewers all seem to love the monitor, though.
