  1. I've recently purchased an Android Auto head unit for my vehicle (Pioneer 4100NEX) to use with my Galaxy S4. The head unit it great, but Android Auto has been mediocre at best. It looses connection and freezes every time I try to use it. For example: Played a song; a few minutes into the song- Dropped connection. Switched over to google maps and spoke a location- Dropped connection. Switched from google play music to spotify - Dropped connection. Each time it would do this I would pick up my phone and it would seem very warm like it was overheating. I've tried this on wifi and near full service on 4GLTE, so I'm fairly certain it isn't the wireless connection that is the problem. Does anyone know of a simple fix to this or is it just time to buy a new phone?
  2. I think its the servers, too. Somedays 1080P works fine, but also there are days like today where it doesn't work at all.
  3. For everyone saying it is my computer that is the problem, (and honestly it may be) then why am able to stream YT videos in 4K with no problems?
  4. To start off with my little mini-rant here is my internet speeds are: 15 Mbps down 1 Mbps up Yes, I know they aren't good. #Murica Anyway, I can typically stream 1080P Youtube videos without any buffering/stuttering and sometimes I can even stream 4K Youtube videos without much stuttering. But vessel on the other hand... is well, meh. Some days I can barely stream 1080P at all, and today I couldn't stream anything higher than 480P. And to me, Youtube's videos look better. I've tried all of my browsers on vessel: Chrome: Would lag at anything more than 480P Firefox: Would lag at anything more than 720P IE: Failed to load anything So is it just me, or does Vessel seem like a much worse streaming option than Youtube?

  6. The point is with this is that I am missing about 100GB of space on my SSD. I have used programs to find out where all of my space is going but they still come up with 72GB + 30GB or so on pagefile and hibernation file. Even with reducing the size of the pagefile, I would still be missing 100GB of space. I've also looked at the disk manager to check for partitions, but there are no extras on the SSD. I'm beginning to wonder if it is something wrong with the SSD that is causing this.
  7. I've never de-fragged the SSD and I've checked temp files and such with CCleaner.
  8. I have an Intel 530 series 240GB SSD as my main boot drive and a 1TB HDD where all of my games are now stored. About a month or so ago, I noticed my SSD filling up so I moved my last few games on my SSD (about 25GB) to my hard drive where all of my games are located. This gave left me about 50GB of free space on my SSD and I've noticed for the past two weeks it has gone from 50GB of free space to 24GB and I have not installed or downloading any big file to the SSD. Windows says that I have used 198GB of space on my SSD so I downloaded WinDirSat to figure out where any large file might be hiding. WinDirSat says that I have used about 100GB of space on my SSD (which included the pagefile and hibernation file). I have tried disk cleanup and CCleaner, but I'm still missing about 100GB or so of space on my SSD. Any ideas of where all of this space is?
  9. I'd love to win this because it would give me a good excuse to upgrade.
  10. It sucks that Puget had to stop making these over a stupid patent troll.... Anyway, I've wanted to build one of these systems ever since Luke's mineral oil PC was shown on camera. I would prefer the M-ATX, but the mini itx would be fine, too since there is only one ATX.
  11. I found this channel when I was looking at a case, and now I watch almost every video.
  12. I have heard of using the disc as a "rescue disc" of some sorts. Apparently the uninstall can delete how keyboards function in the registry.
  13. I'll start this out on a good note by saying I really liked kaspersky while it worked, but the renewal price was ridiculous and I decided to use avast. Anyway, I downloaded avast and then exited kaspersky and proceded with the install. I then rebooted my PC and tried to launch avast, but it appeared to be broken; and this is where all of my problems started. So I then contacted kaspersky support to try to find the best way of uninstall the program. They pointed me to kavremover which has to be downloaded and then ran in safe mode. I managed to get into safe mode and run the program. The computer would no longer boot. I probably spent an hour trying to do a system restore that would work. So finally after numerous system restores, I booted into windows and the keyboard doesn't work anymore (I still have full control over my other USB devices). I tried other usb ports and then other keyboards and even a PS/2 keyboard! Still, none of them work. The virtual keyboard works, though. I honestly don't have a clue what's happening and I haven't gotten any help whatsoever from kaspersky. Their text chat with me basically said "your issue is too complicated, we cannot help you" and I read a forum post that said "it could be other programs, so it's not really our problem". So, does anyone know how to fix this? (I am using windows 7)
  14. I like the front facing speakers of the phone and the dbrand because it looks good and would stand out.
