I was looking to spend around around $250 1 amp that was recommended is the https://www.massdrop.com/buy/smsl-q5-pro-dac-amp would this power the speakers to their desired performance?

I am looking for a desk amp to power a pair of q150' and a 10" powered sub. I will be using my soundcard as the dac, Just need something that is 2.1 with a passthrough for a powered sub. I have a spare receiver but i'd rather use a desk amp if there is respectable choice. Any help and suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
