First thing, i didn't know where to put this, so don't scream at me "this is not the correct place" blah blah blah. Now for the problem, I have a SanDisk MicroSD 16GB Class 4 card that i bought on 20th Jul'12. I had it in only one phone, a galaxy mini/pop plus for the past 2 years, before that i had a 1GB MSD card that had quite a lot of photo's and music on it. Just recently the sandisk has started showing problem's, one day, while it was in the phone itself, it just got rejected and the phone said "Blank SD card", i was all like what the hell? it has 6.75 gigs of data how can it be blank. then i plugged it in my PC and my laptop using a USB MSD reader and a SD card adapter, as soon as i plug it in it said "format SD card, before you can use it", i clicked format and it showed 36MB rather than 14.7GB, i clicked format hoping that it'll format and be usable again than i can just run a data recovery software and recover my data, but that didn't happen, it game me a error saying it couldn't be formatted, then i tried it using all the trick's and techniques in the world/ book but still no luck, i have a few of my older private pics on google drive due to its auto sync feature idk why or how it didn't sync my newer pics, i had shit-load of other pics and a crap-load of song for downloaded from places even i donno know(the need to download a song takes you on a crazy trip). I was able to recover something like 200-ish MB using the SD card adapter and the in-built card reader in my laptop, that was a few months ago, now even that's not happening, so my question is, can you recover the data from a dead MSD card? oh and i am running Win 8.1 64-bit. bro, its a 6-7 year old PC and i was playing all of them on medium-high but i didn't notice any frame-drops or anything and i was running skype, fraps, etc; in the background.

I am planing to upgrade my toaster after the PCI port got fried by me playing too many 2013 games on a 07' PC, mind you it did perform really well with a home PC with a entry level GPU on it, well anyway, i'd like to upgrade it, new cabinet (the one i have is a small form one and it heats up like crazy), new processor(preferably AMD, but whatever gives that "bang for the buck" i'll take it) , RAM (16 GB preferably, you know all the next gen game have 6 GB+ specs), PowerSupply (if i remember properly i have CM Elite 350W PSU/SMPS), motherboard (i have biostar motherboard, don't remember which one, but its biostar), the cooling type and what thermal paste to use (a friend of mine said that high-end one are the best. i think air cooled is better but it makes so much noise, so am open to suggestions), and atlast the big one, the GPU (i seriously need help on this one i'll say the same thing as before "whatever gives that "bang for the buck" i'll take it", earlier i had a nVidia GeForce Galaxy 9500 GT 1GB DDR2) and a monitor(should i buy a 20" TV or a LED monitor, i currently have a 18' LG LCD monitor). My previous specs: AMD Athlon X2 64 4400+(overclocked[probably ]) 2GB DDR2 RAM some biostar mother board i can't remember CM Elite 300W PSU/SMPS a zebronics mini cabinet stock fans and a nVidia GeForce Galaxy 9500 GT 2GB DDR2 (which played all the new 13' games, even bioshock : infinite, TR 13', etc[without lag and with a constant frame rate of 20/25]and also graphically challenging games like crysis 2, BF3, etc,) thanks in advance. oh and if the total goes over 1k i don't mind as long as it's under 1.5k
