  1. AMD 295x2 - cheaper than Titan, and better. R9 290x - cheaper than 770 and better. (That was its original competition) Price/Performance - the 290x dominated for a long long time, it took Nvidia ages to beat it. R9 280 still dominates its price range AMD usually release higher than NVidia, then Nvidia just ups it to a little bit higher (takes a few months though) Nvidia does ditch out faster cards and they are more expensive, but regardless, the new AMD GPU is going to be legendary C:
  2. It's most likely leaked to use 200Watts http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/amd-radeon-r9-380x-performance-numbers-surface.html i think performance is a beta version.
  3. Can never be sure right now, I doubt they'd release their flagship GPU without beating the competitors one. AMD would show Nvidia their overpriced place.
  4. I've been saving cash for a new build, waiting for that 390 to drop Best case scenario - I'll buy 2 and shove them into a brand new system in crossfire c: Worst case scenario - the 980's price drops to nothing and I'll buy 2 of those and shove them in SLI. How are you guys holding out? i hear release date would be Q2 2015, so that's not far off So excited!
  5. but the important thing is, Have I answered your questions and provided good customer service?
  6. Just look into the MSI GS60 ghost pro 4k, an ideal laptop for me, i would have bought it no questions asked, but then i read a review about the refresh rate lock it had (48Hz) and i was like WHAT????? and then i googled it and was disappointed as a child who dropped their icecream :'c So I decided not to buy it :'c Stupid MSI with stupid 48hz refresh rate lock on the best laptop ever. it even had 6GB vRAM but noooo stupid msi with crappy screen selection :'c so i've decided to get the 3k version
  7. if it weighs more than 2 Kilograms, don't buy it or bargain it down to 50.
  8. ping?
  9. I'm asking are those specs good for the money? or is the laptop overpriced?
  10. Asus in this country still have GTX 700m Series and the latest one has an 800m By the way, is the MSI one a good laptop for the price? or is it overpriced? I don't mind the RAM that much (I can change it later on)
  11. The Aorus is out of bounds for me since I don't live in the States or UK. I live in the UAE (Dubai) and I can't seem to find laptops here, would the ghost be good enough to play most games at ultra (at 1080p) and medium / high at 3k?
  12. MSI GS60 2QE-026 Ghost Pro 3K + Free Delivery Intel Core i7-4710HQ (2.5GHz, TB 3.5GHz); 8GB RAM (DDR3); IPS 15.6" WQHD+ (2880x1620) LED; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M (3GB); 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD (7200RPM); no cd/dvd; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3x USB 3.0, camera, backlit keyboard; Windows 8. Price: 2,136 USD Is this good a good deal? How about the RAM? (8GB)
  13. Get a macbook, you do graphic design, that's what those things are made for.
  14. Such sad, much cry :'c I really wanted to buy it, but now I guess i'm going to have to go for 3k or Gigabyte P35Xv3-CF4
  15. If you really wanted to, you could save money on the RAM, but otherwise it's all good. You don't need 1866 mhz
