Yes i used regular wd40 for its good cleaning properties for corroision and rust. Its non conductive so should be fine. Tech yes city said it should work fine. He buys similar stuff and usually coats the electroni s with to make em new looking. He never had any issues. So yeah. Im gonna give it a 99 percent alcohol bath tonight. Will report back on 24 hours

So i bought a non working gtx 1060 6gb. Owner said no display fan spins. So i took it and cleaned it up with wd40 with thooth brush and then dosed it with rubbing alcohol and air blowed it. Then i let it sit for 24 hour and orginally i got artifacts upon first putting it back together. So i disabled the drivers with ddu. Then ran nvflash with a rom off techpowerup and it worked perfectly for 2 hours. Did some gaming and ran heaven benchmark in background over night after that i woke up i got back the artifacts again. Im stumpped. Im probably gonna try antoher alchol bath with it. It jusy weird it would work perfectly then screw up. So was in Facebook marketplace. And see someone post a GTX 1080 mobile. It's mxm format. It's designed for really small form factor PC or laptops. I was just curious if someone has tried this before. Get an adapter and make it work like in a PCI Express slot. I've seen one video of person doing it. But his GPU shocked. The video It would def make a fun ltt video haha.

I think next verfied gamer gonna be after launch of 3070ti. Giving that it will be 3080ti and 3070ti by evga will be supplying the gpus. So my guess if linus does not have the shippment yet i take like 2 weeks shipping time. Maybe? I think theres drop between 10th 20th. Though i think drop will be 11th,15 or 17.

be patient they dont only ship out gpus they send out merch. On the other hand if your local i wonder if they would allow curb side pickup or something in lines of that.

Linus said there would be simultaneously be a video about stream on wan show. Also ive noticed most drops were done via 10 11 am slot. Linus did promise he would do 12 pm utc time slot.
