i made this thing called "floating islands" the other day , it's very simple dessert to make. amazingly downright basic ingredients you can find in the kitchen right now & tastes like a gourmet dessert if you do it right & make a good presentation out of it. you guys should give it a try . find a recipe and make one if you can. you'll love it.
