  1. US Dollars of course. Only an American would fail to say what currency.
  2. Modern digital keyboards come very close to standard pianos. Mind you, they can't replicate the sound perfectly. Just the way you finger the keys can make a difference. You won't be able to play "Sonatas and Interludes" on it. OTOH the sound produced for 4'33" should sound exactly the same. Digital makes up for it though, you can make sounds that you cannot make sounds that you cannot make on a piano. Some sounds for example trumpets, flutes steel drums, chimes, guitar, harp etc...
  3. Ok. Sorry. That's the latest Logitech mech board. Cherry keyswitches are generally replaceable. I believe you can find them at mechanicalkeyboard.com and wasdkeyboards.com. Generally around $1/switch and 0.50 cents/switch if you buy in big bundles ( > 0.50 )You will have toi solder and resolder them.
  4. As I understand it the Logitech uses something called G-Romer switches. The first thing to do is to make sure that you can buy replacement switches.
  5. If you are willing to forgo Cherry for Kailth there is a Rosewill RGB that has blues. It is not per key though. I don't think you can find single color per key for < $100.
  6. I would get Blues but not Corsair. A nice Ducky maybe.
  7. I believe Ducky is planning a Shine 4 with RGB and blue switches. I really don't understand why they would have problems with blues and not others.
  8. One thing to consider. Ducky uses Cherry Stabilizers. IIRC. Otherwise there is no competition. Ducky wins hands down.
  9. How does the computer shut down? Does it go through the standard process, some sort of abreviated process, or does it just shutdown. You should get a Linux live DVD or live Stick. Boot that and see what happens. I'm not technical enough to detail what to do, but you can probably capture exactly what happens.
  10. Something I should have thought of sooner. How does your computer shut down? Does it shutdown like you executed a shutdown command and it is shutting down the process, or does it shutdown abruptly. If it shuts down abruptly, then it could be that there is a bad component, say a diode, that causes the keyboard to sudden,ly draw a lot of power and overloads your PS.
  11. Have you tried the keyboard in another computer and seen if you can cause the shutdown? PS: Also have you tried using another keyboard with this computer, and seeing if their right arrow key does not also shutdown the computer?
  12. Ducky. Corsair cannot compare in straighy quality--only flashyness.
