Picked up an aero classic 15 with a i7 9750h and rtx 2060. I also got an extra nvme. I want to raid but I can’t find anything in bios. In the nvme option I only see ACTI or something and something about Optain.

I did a fresh reinstall of windows. Is that the same ?

Hello i picked up a Aero 15 Classic UHD RTX 2060 with the i7 9750h. I downloaded XTU but the core voltage option is greyed out. I updated bios, reinstalled XTU and still nothing. I cant seem to undervolt. Any ideas? My idle temps are 65 to 80c which for me seem wrong? I know this laptop is known to get hot, but at idle?

Hi, Im buying a new laptop and its between the Aero RTX 2060 with 9th gen CPU with a 60hrz OLED screen OR the Aero RTX 2070 with 8th gen CPU with a 144hrz FHD screen. I dont really do too much gaming. so the hrz does not bother me.

The 15W is a 2019 and im not sure about the 15X. I will ask

there is left over current inside the PSU. Think of it this way, when you disconnect your monitor from AC power, the LED to show it has power will remain on till the left over power is consumed. I have had the same thing with my pc as well, its normal. It will only do it once. If you try again you will see that nothing will happen, assuming PSU is still off.

Ok so I'm torn between these 2 laptops. Gigabyte Aero 15W V10 Gigabyte Aero 15X V9 The 15X has an RTX 2070 and 144hrz screen but with an 8th gen i7 The 15W has an RTX 2060 and 60hrz OLED screen with 9th gen i7 I heard that the OLED display is amazing but I play FPS games and i'm not sure about the 60hrz screen. I do have a 144hrz external screen that i will use 90% of the time but when I don't have it will i miss it? So regarding gaming, I would prefer 144hrz but I do watch a lot of Netflix and 4K stuff so the OLED would be amazing in that part. The 15X has the better GPU which im more into but does not have the 4K display and CPU is a little slower. Screen is 144hrz which is good for me. What would you guys get? Im leaning on the 15X because of the RTX 2070. But what would you choose?
