  1. quick update, i took out my 1 and 3 slot ram and it hasnt crashed so : \ idk i guess if it works?
  2. ill check and no i did not update windows recently but I have checked for an update
  3. yeah like i unplug them completely then reset it and plug them back in
  4. i could just unplug my other drives thought right? I assume that would save the data on them after I plug them back in
  5. Thanks, i might have to do that, the only issue Is that i have lots of files on my computer for servers for other people that when i did that the last time i installed windows i couldn't use the files.
  6. Every time my computer crashes, its the same sys32 file that is responsible according to BlueScreenView. Ive also done memory tests and nothing has happened.
  7. I've asked about this on here before but nothing worked. I'm starting to get extremely frustrated and am wasting time on things because they keep crashing and not saving. My computer recently has been crashing games and somewhat frequently blue screening (maybe every 1-2 hours). I've rolled back drivers, reinstalled, turned on and off eco mode on my PSU, overclocked, underclocked, no change to clock, watched temps, and usage, turned down settings, turned up settings, reinstalled drivers again and updated to newer ones. Verified files, redownloaded games, it happens on every game, war thunder, Minecraft, roblox, fortnite, fivem, cod, everything. I have a 3070, 5900x, b550m, 64gb 3200 ram, 850w, my case is open and getting lots of airflow, I've put new thermal paste on. Linked below is the blue screen view response and a copy of the error I keep getting from fiveM. Things freeze for a second then close or just close without warning. My discord closes constantly. I don't have any windows updates. my ram is in all of the way, haven't touched my computer at all internally other than new thermal paste. My friends arent playing with me because we load into a game and 20 seconds in, before we even start they are down a teammate and lose automatically. I haven't downloaded anything weird and I know what to and not to download. Im losing sleep over this and I have run every test that everybody has recommended. I need help, please.
  8. still crashes, literally just blue screen from fn
  9. im looking at the bluescreenview and it this is what it shows. What do i do now?
  10. Hi, recently (the past 1 1/2 weeks) my computer has been crashing on every single game I play. Sometimes I can go for an hour and a half, sometimes not even a round. Specs: 3070 FE, b550m, 64 gb corsair vengeance 3200mz, 850w gold psp, 5900x. I have monitored my temps and usage, limited fps in the game, minimal settings, maximum settings, rolled back drivers, reupdated them, turned on and off eco-mode, and turned on and off overclocking. ram is in all of the way, nothing changed physically in the PC other than I applied new thermal paste to see if that was the issue a couple of days after the crashing started. Usually, my games turn black and turn off. I've tried everything. I bluescreen sometimes as well. I could take the CMOS battery out of my motherboard but idk if that would do anything. Does anybody have any idea how I could fix this? My friends can't play any games with me anymore because I can't join them after every round. Below is the crash code for Fortnite. Any help would be very appreciated.

which one do i download? i dont exactly want to restart my computer over and over again trying this one then that one. I already tried 2 of them and they didn't work. It just turned on then off again right away. I swapped out the cpu to my r7 3700x which im using right now and its fine. Dont appreciate the rude comment

I just got a 5900x. I have an MSI b550m mortar motherboard and ive been trying to get the new cpu to work but I dont know anything about where to get the bios for my motherboard. I'm getting very frustrated about it because ive tried 2 different things and they have done nothing. I assume its somewhere on the msi website but i dont know where the specific one i need is because i guess msi doesnt use the same names as other companies. Please help
  13. I dont use it for gaming, I used to and its good but if you want to play something competitively get a smaller one. I never noticed issues with the resolution because its the same res just longer and more pixels
