    I’ve tried cleaning the GPU isopropyl alcohol/an air duster (GTX 1660 Ti) and it did kinda go away, but it came back again today. I’m assuming the PC is at fault since I’ve went thru two of the same monitors both had the same problem (The first monitor took months to get this problem, but the second one got it almost hours after setting up). The monitor is Dell brand 1920 x 1080 60hz connected via HDMI
