    I am gonna try to put back the original ram tommorow. But I'd like to find out what's the problem and if it didn't cause permanent damage.

    So i installed new memory (ddr4 16gb 3200mhz). I checked the mb and cpu manufacturer page and they support it. I have (cpu) amd ryzen 5 3400g and (mb) erica2 from HP (chipset: B550A) and it crashed many times randomly and once it froze on the bluescreen from then it freezes on the startscreen of windows (pc turns on but screen freezes)

    So i have Hp Desktop M01-D0041nc. I just upgraded memory and i don't know how to change the settings, so im stuck at 2133Mhz when i can do 3200Mhz.
