113 percent ram usage? pagefile is getting bonked lol

i would get a cheap 3600+b450+ram combo, and sell what youve got. a 3600 would age pretty nicely with 6 cores and shouldnt be too costly, a good b450 mobo like an asrock pro4 or msi pro max would be cheap and great for a 3600. regarding ram, youd want 2x8gb 3200mhz cl16, usually can find some on sale around 50 bucks.

maxing out the mentioned budget, you can save 50 bucks with 3200c16 ram and the asrock b450m pro4 but this would be a solid combo that would be a great platform for upgrades in the future, and for overclocking if that interests you:

locked intel cpus are gimped in clock speeds and the b150 chipset wont support over 2666 mhz ram iirc. a 6700 would be better than what you have but wouldnt age well. a 6700k with 3200mhz ram would be much better for smooth gaming nowadays but the entry cost to such a system without any of the proper parts on hand (especially a z series motherboard) wouldnt make any sense. if you wanna stick with what you have, a 6700 would be enough atm.

I have a 7400 and rx480, and i have stutters trying to play warzone 720p high/medium. I would get a 7700k or something, if you want to upgrade. From what I can tell, the 7700 will work, but will need to have the bios updated on your older b150m. That requires a skylake CPU, which you have

My buddy rocks a 6700k and a 1070 and plays warzone almost exclusively. That being said, I'm sure there is a bit of difference between the rx480 and the gtx1070.
