CPU:10600k/10700k
Ram: at least 3000/3200 mhz
For listed use case single threaded performance is king. 10600k OC'd matches a 10900k for (almost?) all games.
AMD
ryzen 4000 around the corner, probably better price to performance options if you can wait for them. (if you can't a 3700x should be good with 3600mhz ram, but imo only asrocks high end boards are worth looking at, consider b450/550 msi and the gigabyte mobos with finned vrm heatsinks)
