As of today I have had my account deactivated while I was trying to help grandparents with their PC issues. Apparently it was automatically detected that I am using TeamViewer in a commercial environment and I need to but a license to continue to use it. I'm literally only using it to access my PC and headless NAS from my from phone or laptop and to help family with their pc issues. The only way yo reactivate my account is to summit a form that asks for a home address and signature and will take 5 days to be reviewed, to make it worse pressing submit does nothing... So I just give up on them. I need something that I can use with my phone too and has similar functionality. I have used Splashtop in the past but having to pay for it monthly to access it outside of my network isn't great especially when Free personal use TeamViewer used to exist for me.

So I need to know a graphics card and cpu that can run a 4k monitor for general use no gaming whatsoever just like watching movies and using word and stuff like that. It's for grandparents one of which has bad eyes and has been told that a 4k monitor with specific setting will be a lot clearer to use, so they need a PC and I don't know a lot of low end stuff.

I'm not even going to bother with it. the first shield was a way better idea, hand held screen attached. this looks cumbersome to have to set up and use with a controller
