A few days ago my screen froze, so I powered off the PC but when I turned it back on the monitor, keyboard, and mouse weren't responding. I took it to a computer repair shop the next day, and they told me it's either the motherboard, CPU, or both causing the problem. Today I replaced the motherboard but I'm having the same issue. I checked all of the peripherals on my laptop and they work fine. Is it safe to assume it's the CPU? I've had no problems since I built it last November.
