  1. plus, this card has never drop connections during downloads + browsing/youtubing on my much older setups, so it would be strange for the card to act up now, no?
  2. I have a desktop with a wireless adaptor (d link dwa 582) in my pcie slot. lately ive noticed that my wifi will DROP like a rock during game downloads if i also do something that needs wifi internet access (browsing, youtube, work) i know its not the router because my phone and every other wireless thing still connects and work fine. i either have to turn the windows 10 wifi settings off/on, click on the SSID, or even restart windows, which is getting ooold fast. i rarely if ever get drops during normal usage (game, youtube, browsing). it only seems to be download + other usage. my max download speed is only 6mbs anyway, so its not a lot of data, right? i have never had this issue with my previous 2 desktops, a jank i7 920 + gigabyte mobo (from 13 years ago), and a 3570k + z77 mobo, both also using the same wireless adaptor. i just upgraded to a ryzen 5600 + b550 mobo, which im really hoping is not the root of the issue. the adaptor has the latest driver, i have restart my computer, re-insert the card, tighten the antennas, but nothing seems to fix this issue. its so strange that i dont even know how to google. a lot of results are for laptops. has anyone ran into this problem before?
  3. I have one nvme in right now, and might get another one later. But next time, I dont want to dig thru my boxes just to find the second standoff + screw (theyre so tiny) so I was wondering if I can just screw both in there. No chance of a short/anything bad right?
  4. I would clone both directly on my desktop PC to avoid the headache, but the SSD is smaller than the HDD.
  5. I'm not sure what you mean by redo the dual boot. If I don't do it what happens, and how do I do it?
  6. I've been using both of them simultaneously, but now I want to move the C drive (and use it for something else) onto the B drive and use it as if it was the C drive originally (with all my existing settings, app settings, etc...). The C drive has Windows 10/Linux, and the B drive has Windows 10. Is it even possible to clone my current OS onto another drive with an existing OS? If yes, how do I go about doing that?
  7. I say games because that's probably the most intensive thing I will do, unless web development is really intense on the hardware. I mostly play Remnant from the ashes, Dark souls 1/2/3, attila total war, aoe2de. Im aiming to play at 1080p 60fps. My parts I plan to get are: i5 10400 Asus Prime B560M-A motherboard 8GB RAM I already have an RX580 and HDD/SSD and PSU. I would just like some assurance that these parts are compatible, and that I'm not wasting money by getting CPU/MOBO feature that the MOBO/CPU can't support.
  8. Play around with it first, just to make sure. An fps or rts with a lot of clicks
  9. No, I meant on the common hp/del mouse that jaslion was comparing the g203 to.
  10. Jaslion is prob a mouse enthusiast so theyve forgotten there's a vast difference between g203 and the common dell/hp/even Logitech mouse: it's reliable for gaming. The left button doesn't double click after 5-6 months of gaming.
  11. I've had this case and wanted to do this for 6-7 years, but I was always unsure how to do so properly. I've tried their website, google search, but nothing conclusive came up on how to properly install a cd drive in the lower drive bay. I'm pretty sure I didn't have to break anything when putting the cd drive in the upper drive bay, so I'm really hesitant to snap off the piece of metal in the lower drive bay. Can someone familiar with the case, like owners of the R3/R4/R5 etc give me some advice?
  12. I have a desktop, so I'm uncertain if my mobo (asrock z77 extreme4) have built in bluetooth. THese are some bluetooth adaptors i"m looking at https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=bluetooth+adapter+for+pc&crid=2WHNLECLSNGYE&sprefix=bluetooth+adap,aps,183&ref=nb_sb_ss_ac-a-p_1_14 Will any of them connect to the magic keyboard and let me use it? I also have this wireless receiver for a xbox 360 (https://www.amazon.ca/HDE-Wireless-Compatible-Controllers-Platforms/dp/B00LAAWMSW), and would this somehow work? Less money spent is better
